【摘要】：世界一流研究型大學(xué)可分為技術(shù)、制度和哲學(xué)三個層次。技術(shù)層次的世界一流研究型大學(xué)通常是模仿者、跟隨者,以消費和驗證知識,并以向更高層次研究型大學(xué)供給初級學(xué)位獲得者為主;制度層次的世界一流研究型大學(xué)是先進(jìn)制度和模式的輸出者,并生產(chǎn)原創(chuàng)知識,培養(yǎng)世界一流的高水平畢業(yè)生;哲學(xué)層次的世界一流研究型大學(xué)是大學(xué)思想、辦學(xué)理念的輸出者,也是人類、國家、社會和知識發(fā)展的卓越貢獻(xiàn)者,具有哲學(xué)理念、全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、現(xiàn)代化治理三個典型的"基因"。我國在建設(shè)更高層次的世界一流研究型大學(xué)過程中,應(yīng)持續(xù)推進(jìn)世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略,極大提升研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,不斷促進(jìn)大學(xué)治理現(xiàn)代化,持續(xù)投入巨額資金。
[Abstract]:World-class research universities can be divided into three levels: technology, institution and philosophy.The world-class research universities at the technical level are usually imitators, followers, who consume and verify knowledge, and supply primary degree recipients to higher level research universities.The world-class research universities at the institutional level are the exporters of the advanced systems and models, and produce original knowledge to train the world's first-class graduates, and the philosophy level of the world's first-class research universities are the university ideas.The exporter of the idea of running a school is also an outstanding contributor to the development of human, state, society and knowledge. It has three typical "genes" of philosophy, global leadership and modern governance.In the process of building a higher level of world-class research university, our country should continue to promote the construction strategy of the world's first-class university, greatly improve the quality of postgraduate training, constantly promote the modernization of university governance, and continue to invest a huge amount of funds.
