【摘要】：在全球化時代,隨著經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,多元的價值觀碰撞和西方文化思潮的涌入,大學(xué)生面臨著新的社會文化環(huán)境。近年來,大學(xué)生價值觀和人格發(fā)展也出現(xiàn)了一些新問題。女大學(xué)生是一個特殊的學(xué)生群體,由于女大學(xué)生具有特殊的性別心理特征,受到特定的社會環(huán)境和社會性別文化的影響,其價值觀和人格形成也具有特殊性。幫助女大學(xué)生樹立正確的價值觀,形成理想人格對女大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展具有重要的意義。本文主要是基于這一背景,以理想人格的內(nèi)涵和理想人格形成過程分析為基本理論基礎(chǔ),采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談等方法描述了女大學(xué)生人格發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實狀態(tài),分析了女大學(xué)生人格發(fā)展存在的主要問題,從社會性別文化、社會價值觀沖突、社會倫理失范、生存場域多元、性別教育缺失等五個方面分析了女大生理想人格形成的影響因素,重點從理想人格教育系統(tǒng)化的角度提出了女大學(xué)生理想人格構(gòu)建模式的主要內(nèi)容,具體包括女大學(xué)生理想人格構(gòu)建的理論基礎(chǔ)、主要目標、主體結(jié)構(gòu)、綜合途徑、內(nèi)容體系和系統(tǒng)方法。
[Abstract]:In the era of globalization, with the development of economy and society, the collision of multiple values and the influx of western cultural thoughts, college students are facing a new social and cultural environment. There are also some new problems in the development of college students' values and personality. Female college students are a special group of students. Because of their special gender psychological characteristics, female college students are influenced by specific social environment and social gender culture. The formation of their values and personality also has its particularity. It is of great significance to help female college students to set up correct values and to form ideal personality for the all-round development of female college students. This paper is mainly based on this background. Based on the analysis of the connotation of ideal personality and the analysis of the forming process of ideal personality, this paper describes the actual status of the development of female college students' personality by means of questionnaires and interviews, and analyzes the main problems existing in the development of female college students' personality. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of female college students' ideal personality formation from five aspects: social gender culture, social value conflict, social ethics anomie, survival field diversity, gender education deficiency, etc. From the perspective of systematization of ideal personality education, this paper puts forward the main contents of the ideal personality construction model of female college students, including the theoretical basis, main objectives, subject structure and comprehensive approach of female college students' ideal personality construction. Content system and systematic method.
