【摘要】：為更好地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的科研與創(chuàng)新能力,將LNG儲(chǔ)罐管路漏熱影響的研究?jī)?nèi)容引入實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)當(dāng)中。利用ANSYS進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),分別對(duì)管路的直徑、壁厚和長(zhǎng)度對(duì)儲(chǔ)罐漏熱的影響以及相同管路下不同保溫層導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的漏熱規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,獲得漏熱影響規(guī)律,便于學(xué)生理解。通過(guò)該教學(xué)和科研相結(jié)合的仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),提高了教學(xué)效果,有利于提高學(xué)生的仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)芰团囵B(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)手段解決科研問(wèn)題的能力。
[Abstract]:In order to cultivate the students' ability of scientific research and innovation, the research content of the heat leakage effect of LNG tank pipeline was introduced into the experimental teaching. The diameter of the pipe was simulated by using ANSYS. The influence of wall thickness and length on the heat leakage of storage tank and the heat leakage law of different thermal insulation layers under the same pipe are studied, and the heat leakage effect law is obtained, which is easy for students to understand. It improves the teaching effect, and helps to improve the students' ability of simulation experiment and the ability of solving scientific research problems by means of experiment.
