【摘要】:目的:醫(yī)患溝通作為醫(yī)生和患者建立良好醫(yī)患關(guān)系重要方式,是緩解目前較為緊張的醫(yī)患關(guān)系的有效途徑,越來越受到了醫(yī)療機構(gòu)和醫(yī)學教育機構(gòu)的重視。建立良好的醫(yī)患關(guān)系,不僅是醫(yī)患雙方的愿望,同時也是醫(yī)療服務(wù)、醫(yī)療管理部門等多方面的共同要求。醫(yī)學本科生是醫(yī)生的后備力量,掌握其醫(yī)患溝通能力現(xiàn)狀并有針對性的提出提高醫(yī)學本科生醫(yī)患溝通能力具有很好的現(xiàn)實意義。方法:本文首先從研究的背景及意義進行論述,剖析研究醫(yī)患關(guān)系和醫(yī)學本科生具有醫(yī)患溝通能力的重要意義,通過匯總、整理、收集、比較、選定測評量表,測評我國醫(yī)學本科生醫(yī)患溝通能力現(xiàn)狀,針對問題提出對策。文獻資料法:通過廣泛搜集國內(nèi)外相關(guān)醫(yī)患溝通能力的研究、培養(yǎng)等方面的文獻,進行整理歸納總結(jié)和描述性分析。從基礎(chǔ)理論知識作為切入點并匯集相關(guān)方面的內(nèi)容;再次,利用數(shù)據(jù)源對數(shù)據(jù)庫文獻進行二次分析。走訪詢問法:通過走訪、調(diào)查遼寧省的醫(yī)學本科生,了解醫(yī)學生對醫(yī)生職業(yè)的認同感與醫(yī)患溝通能力的認識情況。問卷調(diào)查(觀察)法:通過對調(diào)查對象進行SEGUE問卷現(xiàn)場的觀察測評,掌握醫(yī)學本科生醫(yī)患溝通能力情況。統(tǒng)計分析法:通過EXCEL2007建立起數(shù)據(jù)庫,應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)錄入軟件包(SPSS22.0),采用Pearson相關(guān)分析、信度檢驗。分析我國醫(yī)學本科生醫(yī)患溝通能力不強的原因及對策研究。結(jié)論:1)我國醫(yī)學本科生醫(yī)患溝通能力亟待提高。2)臨床實習對提高醫(yī)患溝通能力有意義。3)年級、性別、生源、文理科學生醫(yī)患溝通技能存在差異,在提高學生醫(yī)患溝通能力過程中可進行差異化培養(yǎng)。4)提升職業(yè)認同感對提高醫(yī)患溝通能力有意義,因此通過提高醫(yī)學生的職業(yè)認同感,促進醫(yī)患溝通教育。5)醫(yī)患溝通能力培養(yǎng)應(yīng)融入到醫(yī)學教育整個培養(yǎng)過程中來。建議:醫(yī)學院校系統(tǒng)開展醫(yī)患溝通教學,把提高醫(yī)患溝通能力作為合格醫(yī)學生培養(yǎng)目標之一,并根據(jù)教學進程,把醫(yī)患溝通培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)的融入到各階段的醫(yī)學生培養(yǎng)計劃中。以切實提高醫(yī)學本科生醫(yī)患溝通能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: as an important way for doctors and patients to establish good doctor-patient relationship, doctor-patient communication is an effective way to alleviate the current tense doctor-patient relationship. More and more attention has been paid by medical institutions and medical education institutions. Establishing a good doctor-patient relationship is not only the wish of both doctors and patients, but also the medical service. Medical undergraduates are doctors' backup force, It is of great practical significance to grasp the present situation of doctor-patient communication ability of medical undergraduates and to improve the doctor-patient communication ability of medical undergraduates. Methods: firstly, this paper discusses the background and significance of the research. Therefore, by improving the professional identity of medical students and promoting doctor-patient communication education. 5) the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability should be integrated into the whole training process of medical education. To improve doctor-patient communication ability as one of the objectives of qualified medical students, and according to the teaching process, the doctor-patient communication training system into the various stages of medical students training plan, in order to effectively improve the doctor-patient communication ability of medical undergraduates.
