【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)自建區(qū)以來各方面都取得了發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,與此同時也產(chǎn)生了很多社會問題。在此背景下,以促進(jìn)個人、群體、社區(qū)、社會良好發(fā)展為目的的社會工作專業(yè)得到了巨大的發(fā)展空間,高校作為培養(yǎng)社會工作人才的前線陣地而承擔(dān)著重要責(zé)任。因此研究內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)高校社會工作專業(yè)教育中存在的問題以及分析產(chǎn)生問題的原因,并提出相應(yīng)地對策等,對于促進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的社會工作發(fā)展而言具有積極意義。本文通過對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的部分高校進(jìn)行調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)在內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū),高校的社會工作專業(yè)教育由于基礎(chǔ)薄弱、社會工作的社會認(rèn)知度和社會認(rèn)可度較低、人才培養(yǎng)與人才需求不平衡、特殊地域的局限性等原因,存在實踐課程較少、價值觀教育薄弱,實習(xí)缺乏專業(yè)性,教學(xué)資源軟硬件不足,對口就業(yè)困難等幾個方面的問題。并結(jié)合內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的實際情況,針對這些問題提出一些建議,如理論與實踐教學(xué)并重,重視價值觀教育;整合資源,加大宣傳;拓展實習(xí)基地,提高實習(xí)專業(yè)性;拓寬就業(yè)途徑,改變學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀念;優(yōu)化教學(xué)資源,加強(qiáng)對外交流;發(fā)揮區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展特色教育等。希冀以此來為內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)高校的社會專業(yè)教育提供參考,從而改善社會工作發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,使高校培養(yǎng)出更多社會工作專業(yè)的人才,為內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region was established, various aspects have made progress and development. At the same time, many social problems have arisen. In this context, in order to promote individuals, groups and communities, The major of social work, which aims at the good development of society, has got a huge space for development. As the front line of training social work talents, colleges and universities bear important responsibilities. Therefore, the problems existing in the education of social work major in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia are studied and the causes of the problems are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. It is of positive significance to promote the development of social work in Inner Mongolia. Through the investigation of some colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia, it is found that the professional education of social work in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia is weak because of its weak foundation. The social cognition and social recognition of social work are low, the talent training and talent demand are not balanced, the limitation of special area and so on, there are fewer practical courses, the education of values is weak, and the practice is lack of professionalism, etc. Some problems such as insufficient software and hardware of teaching resources, difficulties in obtaining employment in the corresponding areas and so on. In light of the actual situation in Inner Mongolia, this paper puts forward some suggestions for these problems, such as paying equal attention to the teaching of theory and practice, attaching importance to the education of values, integrating resources, and so on. Increase publicity; expand the practice base to improve the professionalism of practice; broaden employment channels, change students' concept of choosing a job; optimize teaching resources, strengthen foreign exchanges; give play to regional advantages, We hope to provide references for the social professional education in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia, so as to improve the current situation of the development of social work, so that colleges and universities can cultivate more talents of social work. To contribute to the construction and development of Inner Mongolia.
