【摘要】：高校人才培養(yǎng)計劃體現(xiàn)教育思想理念,并貫穿于高校日常教育活動。研究型教育的基礎(chǔ)任務(wù)是找準(zhǔn)自身辦學(xué)定位,確保教育使命緊密圍繞卓越人才培養(yǎng),從根本上達(dá)成廣泛統(tǒng)一的教育模式思維共識。結(jié)合卓越人才培養(yǎng)特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建全新研究型教育的理念和管理制度,強(qiáng)化均衡化、多元化的人才培養(yǎng)路徑,全面凸顯現(xiàn)代研究型高校的發(fā)展任務(wù)�；谘芯啃痛髮W(xué)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),打造創(chuàng)新型研究型高校教育模式,依托人才成長積極調(diào)整教育課程體系結(jié)構(gòu),加速創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法的應(yīng)用以及全方位的教育評價體系,為深入培養(yǎng)高校人才的研究探索能力奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The basic task of research-oriented education is to find out its own orientation of running a school, to ensure that the educational mission revolves around the training of outstanding talents. It is essential to reach an extensive and unified thinking consensus of educational model. Combining the characteristics of excellent talents training, we should construct a new concept and management system of research-oriented education, strengthen the balanced and diversified path of talent training. Fully highlight the development task of modern research colleges and universities. Based on the training objectives of research universities, we should create innovative research colleges and universities education model, rely on the growth of talents and actively adjust the structure of educational curriculum system. Accelerating the application of innovative teaching methods and comprehensive educational evaluation system will lay a foundation for further training the research and exploration ability of talents in colleges and universities.
