高校思想政治理論教育內(nèi)容與組織形式研究

【摘要】:習(xí)近平總書記指出:意識形態(tài)工作是黨的一項(xiàng)極端重要的工作,高校應(yīng)當(dāng)成為學(xué)習(xí)研究宣傳馬克思主義的重要陣地,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校思想政治工作必須深化馬克思主義理論教育,圍繞立德樹人根本任務(wù),強(qiáng)化學(xué)生思想理論教育和價值引導(dǎo)。加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校思想政治理論教育,對于鞏固馬克思主義在意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域指導(dǎo)思想地位、堅守社會主義大學(xué)辦學(xué)方向、培育社會主義建設(shè)者和接班人而言,是一項(xiàng)鑄魂工程、固本工程和戰(zhàn)略工程。在此意義上講,將高校思想政治理論教育的內(nèi)容統(tǒng)整與組織形式創(chuàng)新作為研究課題,著力探尋和構(gòu)建資源整合、點(diǎn)位強(qiáng)化、合力協(xié)同的思想政治理論教育教學(xué)環(huán)境,對于做好新時期高校意識形態(tài)工作,完成立德樹人根本任務(wù),具有重要的理論支撐和實(shí)踐參考價值。思想政治理論教育的本質(zhì)追求是鑄魂育人。高校思想政治理論教育是在高校開展的,通過思想政治理論課系統(tǒng)灌輸和日常思想政治教育持續(xù)感染,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)知識武裝人、理論掌握人、思想塑造人的鑄魂育人活動。思想政治理論教育的有效推進(jìn)需要依托思想政治理論課主渠道和日常思想政治教育主陣地作用的充分發(fā)揮,前者解決思想政治理論的系統(tǒng)灌輸和規(guī)范教育問題,后者則通過感染觸動對理論教育進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充和鞏固。而主渠道與主陣地的有效利用則需要依賴內(nèi)容體系的整體構(gòu)建和組織形式的聯(lián)動統(tǒng)合,內(nèi)容體系的整體構(gòu)建就是探討“教什么”的問題,即通過將教育內(nèi)容以基礎(chǔ)理論層、價值引導(dǎo)層、行為培育層、底蘊(yùn)凝積層統(tǒng)整布局后實(shí)現(xiàn)教育目標(biāo)與教育內(nèi)容的整合;組織形式的聯(lián)動統(tǒng)合則是探討“怎么教”的問題,即通過教育手段的創(chuàng)新和教育載體的整合實(shí)現(xiàn)馬克思主義理論知識體系向思想政治理論教育實(shí)踐體系的良好轉(zhuǎn)化;诖,本文把研究思路設(shè)計如下:通過對高校思想政治理論教育系統(tǒng)整體的分析研究,將實(shí)效性的突破鎖定在兩個點(diǎn)位上,一是思想政治理論課和日常思想政治教育內(nèi)容體系的整體構(gòu)建,二是思想政治理論課和日常思想政治教育組織形式的聯(lián)動統(tǒng)合,期望通過這兩個點(diǎn)位的整合實(shí)現(xiàn)高校思想政治理論教育的整體布局和創(chuàng)新推進(jìn)。本文在引言部分交代了研究緣起、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和研究方法,之后通過五章分別從范疇界定、內(nèi)容變化、內(nèi)容統(tǒng)整、組織形式發(fā)展、組織形式整合展開論述與研究。第一章是對與研究相關(guān)的基本概念及范疇的厘清與界定,一是對思想政治理論教育的內(nèi)涵、特征、維度進(jìn)行了分析,確定思想政治理論教育是通過思想政治理論課系統(tǒng)灌輸和日常思想政治教育持續(xù)感染,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)知識武裝人、理論掌握人、思想塑造人的鑄魂育人活動;二是基于中央大宣傳、大思政背景下的高校思政理論教育整體性相關(guān)問題的厘清,對于整體性、整體布局的基本遵循做以說明;三是將內(nèi)容和組織形式作為思想政治理論教育整體推進(jìn)的兩個突破點(diǎn),并對二者的范疇及關(guān)系做以說明。第二章和第三章分別從高校思想政治理論教育內(nèi)容的歷史考察和現(xiàn)實(shí)突破兩個角度進(jìn)行研究。第二章對內(nèi)容變化的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、影響因素、歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)予以考察,第三章則通過對當(dāng)前對高校思想政治理論教育的內(nèi)容考察和原則析理,將內(nèi)容體系構(gòu)建為基礎(chǔ)理論層、價值引導(dǎo)層、行為培育層、底蘊(yùn)凝積層四個層次,并對四個層次及每個層次的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析。第四章和第五章則分別從高校思想政治理論教育組織形式的歷史考察和現(xiàn)實(shí)創(chuàng)新兩個角度進(jìn)行研究。第四章同樣也以歷史為脈絡(luò),對影響因素和歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和歸納。第五章則在現(xiàn)狀考察的基礎(chǔ)上,對當(dāng)前高校思想政治理論教育組織形式和改進(jìn)原則進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并期望通過灌輸與滲透的融合、情境與提升的結(jié)合、儀式與感染的互動、引導(dǎo)與跟從的協(xié)同實(shí)現(xiàn)方法改進(jìn),通過教學(xué)類載體、活動類載體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)類載體的有效利用實(shí)現(xiàn)載體的融合發(fā)展。
