【摘要】：以2001-2015年間CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫刊載的以"教師學(xué)習(xí)"或"教師作為學(xué)習(xí)者"為主題的期刊文獻(xiàn)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量可視化軟件Cite Space III和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析軟件Ucinet對(duì)1087份文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行處理分析,呈現(xiàn)了我國(guó)新世紀(jì)以來教師學(xué)習(xí)研究的熱點(diǎn)內(nèi)容、演進(jìn)路徑。據(jù)此,為我國(guó)教師學(xué)習(xí)研究提出了一些借鑒與思考:厘清教師學(xué)習(xí)概念是教師學(xué)習(xí)研究的前提和基礎(chǔ),正確認(rèn)識(shí)教師學(xué)習(xí)與教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,建構(gòu)適切有效的教師學(xué)習(xí)研究的理論基礎(chǔ),加強(qiáng)對(duì)教師學(xué)習(xí)的微觀研究。
[Abstract]:From 2001 to 2015, the journal literature published in the CNKI database on the subject of "teacher learning" or "teacher as a learner" was taken as the research object. 1087 documents were processed and analyzed by using Cite Space III and Ucinet, which presented the hot content and evolution path of teachers' study in the new century. Some suggestions are put forward for the study of teacher learning in our country: to clarify the concept of teacher learning is the premise and foundation of teacher learning research, and to correctly understand the relationship between teacher learning and teacher professional development. To construct the theoretical basis of the appropriate and effective teacher learning research and strengthen the micro research on teachers' learning.
