【摘要】：加強中外合作辦學(xué)質(zhì)量評價改革,有利于建設(shè)一流師資隊伍、培養(yǎng)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才和提升科學(xué)研究水平,從而促進"雙一流"建設(shè)和創(chuàng)新型國家的發(fā)展。英國跨國高等教育辦學(xué)機構(gòu)和項目評價體系以學(xué)生為本,關(guān)注質(zhì)量,由獨立實體供給,其成效明顯,可資借鑒。我國中外合作辦學(xué)機構(gòu)和項目質(zhì)量評價改革應(yīng)促進管辦評分離,建立第三方中介組織;更加關(guān)注對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果的評價;科學(xué)地開發(fā)和設(shè)計指標(biāo)體系;為評價結(jié)果建立科學(xué)和合理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the quality evaluation reform of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is conducive to building a first-rate contingent of teachers, cultivating top-notch innovative talents, and raising the level of scientific research. In order to promote the development of "double first-class" construction and innovative country, British transnational higher education institutions and project evaluation system are student-oriented, concern for quality and supplied by independent entities. The reform of quality evaluation of Chinese and foreign cooperatively-run institutions and projects should promote the separation of management scores, establish third-party intermediary organizations, pay more attention to the evaluation of students' learning results, and scientifically develop and design the index system. Establish scientific and reasonable criteria for evaluation results.
