【摘要】：本文將通過四部分對高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員的成長路徑展開探討。緒論部分闡述了選題緣由與意義,高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員成長的相關(guān)研究動態(tài),以及研究思路和所運(yùn)用的研究方法。第一章,通過對2008-2014年共七屆的71位全國高校輔導(dǎo)員年度人物的事跡文本進(jìn)行分析,揭示了優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員們基本的角色形象,即愛的守護(hù)者、成長的引導(dǎo)者和理論的研究者。并分析了高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員成長的階段性特征,高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員的成長需要經(jīng)歷適應(yīng)期、成熟期、創(chuàng)新期、穩(wěn)定期四個相互影響銜接的發(fā)展階段。第二章,高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員往往具有較強(qiáng)的示范、帶頭和激勵作用,新時期,成為一名優(yōu)秀的輔導(dǎo)員,必須具備綜合的政治、道德、思想、身心、知識、能力等各方面的素質(zhì)。然而從一名普通輔導(dǎo)員成長為一名優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員的過程往往會受眾多環(huán)境因素的影響,環(huán)境對高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員的成長具有導(dǎo)向和激勵作用,良好的環(huán)境有助于優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員的成長。其中,良好的國家政策是關(guān)鍵、良好的學(xué)校環(huán)境是保障、良好的家庭環(huán)境和人際關(guān)系是支撐。第三章,良好的環(huán)境刺激著輔導(dǎo)員潛在的優(yōu)秀素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。為了切實加強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員優(yōu)秀素質(zhì)的開發(fā)、培養(yǎng)和塑造,各相關(guān)方面要協(xié)同起來,不斷完善高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員成長的長效平臺,通過政策、培訓(xùn)、實踐和制度等方面的優(yōu)化,摒除輔導(dǎo)員成長過程中所遇到的困擾與問題,從而營建良好環(huán)境。要優(yōu)化高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍的頂層設(shè)計、構(gòu)建高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員成長的繼續(xù)教育平臺、拓寬高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員成長的能力訓(xùn)練平臺、完善高校優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員成長的考核激勵機(jī)制,以有效促進(jìn)優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員的成長。
[Abstract]:This article will launch the four portion of the growth path of excellent instructors in Colleges and universities is discussed. The introduction part introduces the reason and significance of writing, outstanding university counselor growth dynamic research, and research ideas and research methods have been used. In the first chapter, through the analysis of the 71 national college counselor deeds text on the person of the year 2008-2014 years a total of seven the image reveals the role outstanding counselors basic, is the love of a guardian, researchers growth guide and theory. And analyzed the characteristics of outstanding university counselor stage of growth, the growth of outstanding university counselor needs to go through the adaptation period, mature period, innovation period, stable period of four interaction development stage of convergence. In the second chapter, the excellent instructors in Colleges and universities often have a strong demonstration, leading and incentive effects of the new period, to become a good counselor, must have the comprehensive The political, ideological, moral, physical, intellectual, and other various aspects ability quality. However, from an ordinary counselor becomes an excellent instructor often influenced by various environmental factors, the growth environment of outstanding university counselor with guidance and encouragement for the good environment to help outstanding counselors good growth. Among them, the national policy is the key to a good school environment is the guarantee, good family environment and interpersonal support. The third chapter, a good environment to stimulate the development of counselors' potential excellent quality. In order to strengthen the development of counselors' excellent quality, training and shaping, each related to cooperation again, long-term platform, and constantly improve the outstanding university counselor growth through policy, training, practice and system optimization and other aspects of the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of the growth of our instructors, from And create a good environment. To optimize the top-level design of college counselors, the construction of excellent instructors in Colleges and universities continuing education platform development, broaden the outstanding university counselor growth ability training platform, improve the growth of outstanding university counselor assessment and incentive mechanism, to effectively promote the growth of outstanding counselors.
