【摘要】：新建本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展是近年來(lái)國(guó)家關(guān)于高等教育的一項(xiàng)重大戰(zhàn)略部署,研究新建本科院校在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中的專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè),對(duì)于我國(guó)新建本科院校培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才、提高自身辦學(xué)實(shí)力、適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面具有重要意義。本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、歸納法等,將廣西15所新建本科院校列為研究對(duì)象,分析這15所新建本科院校專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)置和調(diào)整情況,然后根據(jù)學(xué)校現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,找出廣西新建本科院校專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出新建本科院校專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)的建議。本研究分為以下四個(gè)部分:第一部分,主要闡述本研究的問(wèn)題提出、研究意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述和研究方法等。第二部分,在對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)提煉的基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)新建本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的原因作簡(jiǎn)單闡述,然后分析新建本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展與專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)的關(guān)系,并對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行介紹。第三部分,首先從廣西新建本科院校入手,簡(jiǎn)要介紹新建本科院校的基本情況,然后分析廣西新建本科院校專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀以及專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題,如:專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)規(guī)劃不到位、專(zhuān)業(yè)趨同性較高、人才培養(yǎng)模式不完善、產(chǎn)教融合校企合作不強(qiáng)、師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等,這些問(wèn)題一定程度上阻礙了廣西新建本科院校專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)的成效。第四部分,根據(jù)廣西新建本科院校專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題,提出有針對(duì)性的建議。不管是從政府層面還是學(xué)校層面來(lái)說(shuō),都必須加大力度抓好專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè),要做到專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)與地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)相協(xié)調(diào)、合理配置資源、優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)模式、完善師資隊(duì)伍、繼續(xù)推進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合等,只有把專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)落到實(shí)處,才能順利推動(dòng)新建本科院校的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the transformation and development of newly established undergraduate colleges and universities is a major strategic arrangement of the state on higher education. To study the specialty construction in the transformation and development of newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities, to train applied talents in newly built undergraduate colleges and universities in China. It is of great significance to improve one's own strength of running a school, to adapt to the economic and social transformation, and to serve the development of local economy. Through the methods of literature, investigation and induction, 15 newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities in Guangxi have been listed as the research objects. This paper analyzes on the setting and adjustment of the specialty in the 15 newly established undergraduate colleges and universities, and then finds out the problems existing in the specialty construction of the newly established undergraduate colleges in Guangxi, according to the actual development of the schools. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions for the construction of new undergraduate colleges and universities. This research is divided into four parts: the first part, mainly expounds the problems of this study, the significance of the study, literature review and research methods, etc. The second part, On the basis of summarizing and refining a large number of documents, this paper briefly expounds the reasons for the transformation and development of newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities, and then analyzes the relationship between the transformation and development of new undergraduate colleges and universities and the construction of major. And introduce the main contents of specialty construction. The third part, starting with the new undergraduate colleges in Guangxi, briefly introduces the basic situation of the newly established colleges and universities. Then it analyzes the present situation of specialty establishment and the problems existing in specialty construction in Guangxi newly-built undergraduate colleges, such as: the professional construction plan is not in place, the specialty convergence is high, the talent training mode is not perfect, and the cooperation between industry and education is not strong. The structure of the teaching staff is unreasonable and so on. To some extent, these problems have hindered the effectiveness of the professional construction of the newly established undergraduate colleges in Guangxi. Part IV, according to the problems existing in the professional construction of the newly-built undergraduate colleges in Guangxi, Put forward targeted suggestions. Whether from the government level or the school level, we must step up efforts to do a good job of professional construction, professional construction and local economic and social coordination, rational allocation of resources, optimization of talent training model, Only by perfecting the teaching staff and continuing to promote the combination of production, learning and research, can we smoothly promote the transformation and development of new undergraduate institutions.
