高校后勤聘用人員激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用一定的激勵(lì)理論,結(jié)合目前我國(guó)高校后勤社會(huì)化改革的背景及趨勢(shì),對(duì)我國(guó)高校后勤社會(huì)化改革中聘用人員激勵(lì)問題進(jìn)行了一般概述。主要以滁州學(xué)院后勤服務(wù)集團(tuán)作為范例,進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,對(duì)該校后勤社會(huì)化改革的過程、主要成績(jī)、聘用人員激勵(lì)方面的探索作了概述,分析了目前高校后勤聘用人員激勵(lì)方面存在的主要問題,最后提出了一系列切實(shí)可行的具體對(duì)策,以改善滁州學(xué)院后勤服務(wù)集團(tuán)聘用人員激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀。 首先,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本文選題的背景、目的、意義、思路、主要內(nèi)容、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。其次,概述了高校后勤社會(huì)化改革過程中聘用人員激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀及其存在問題。從高校后勤產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn)及聘用人員管理方面的具體情況著手分析,總結(jié)了高校后勤改革中高校后勤實(shí)體在聘用人員激勵(lì)方面現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上引入本文的實(shí)證部分,分析滁州學(xué)院后勤聘用人員激勵(lì)實(shí)踐及存在問題。主要以滁州學(xué)院后勤服務(wù)集團(tuán)社會(huì)化改革過程中的聘用人員激勵(lì)實(shí)踐為主要線索,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了該單位基本情況、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、人員情況、后勤社會(huì)化改革歷程和改革取得的基本成果�?偨Y(jié)了幾年來的聘用人員激勵(lì)實(shí)踐,客觀地分析了存在的問題。 再次,具體論述了完善滁州學(xué)院后勤聘用人員激勵(lì)的對(duì)策。強(qiáng)調(diào)了聘用人員激勵(lì)的重要性,確立了科學(xué)的激勵(lì)原則,著重在薪酬待遇、績(jī)效考核、人力資源規(guī)劃、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等方面、提出了主要激勵(lì)對(duì)策。另外,針對(duì)如何保障后勤聘用人員激勵(lì)機(jī)制有效運(yùn)行及建立與之相適應(yīng)的制約機(jī)制,提出了個(gè)人幾點(diǎn)看法。 最后為結(jié)束語。高校后勤實(shí)體中聘用人員的激勵(lì)問題研究,牽涉廣泛,關(guān)系全局。在聘用人員激勵(lì)方面進(jìn)行與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的研究和改革,充分調(diào)動(dòng)這部分職工的工作主動(dòng)性,對(duì)后勤事業(yè)發(fā)展具有積極的意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we use some incentive theory and combine with the background and trend of the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities in our country at present. This paper gives a general overview of the problem of staff motivation in the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities in China. Taking the logistics service group of Chuzhou University as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the process of the reform of logistics socialization in the university, the main achievements of which are as follows. This paper summarizes the exploration on the motivation of employed personnel, analyzes on the main problems existing in the motivation of the personnel employed in the logistics of colleges and universities at present, and finally puts forward a series of practical and concrete countermeasures. In order to improve the Chuzhou University logistics service group recruitment incentive situation. Firstly, it briefly introduces the background, purpose, significance, thought, main content, research method and innovation of this thesis. This paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of employing personnel in the process of socializing the rear service in colleges and universities, and analyzes the characteristics of the logistics industry in colleges and universities and the concrete situation of the management of the employed personnel. In this paper, the author summarizes the current situation of recruitment incentives of university logistics entities in the reform of university logistics. On this basis, it introduces the empirical part of this paper. This paper analyzes the incentive practice and existing problems of the rear service staff in Chuzhou University. The main clue is the recruitment staff incentive practice in the course of the socialization reform of the logistics service group of Chuzhou University, and a brief introduction is made to the basic situation of the unit and the establishment of the organization. Personnel situation, the reform course of logistics socialization and the basic achievements of reform are summarized in this paper, and the existing problems are analyzed objectively. Thirdly, the paper discusses the countermeasures to perfect the motivation of the staff in the rear service of Chuzhou University. It emphasizes the importance of the incentive, establishes the scientific incentive principle, and focuses on the salary, performance appraisal, human resource planning, etc. In addition, the author puts forward some personal views on how to ensure the effective operation of the incentive mechanism for the personnel employed in the logistics and the establishment of the corresponding restriction mechanism. The last part is the conclusion. The research on the motivation of the personnel employed in the logistic entity of colleges and universities involves a wide range of issues, which have a bearing on the overall situation. It is necessary to carry out the research and reform with the times in terms of encouraging the employed personnel, so as to fully mobilize the work initiative of these staff and workers. It is of positive significance to the development of logistics.
