【摘要】：中國和蒙古國先后提出"一帶一路"和"草原之路"計(jì)劃,兩國在戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展上高度契合,且在高等教育的交流與合作方面已有良好基礎(chǔ),但也面臨著專門人才結(jié)構(gòu)亟需優(yōu)化、科研合作發(fā)揮作用不大和合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目水平有待提高等方面的困境。展望前景,有必要根據(jù)雙方的戰(zhàn)略合作重點(diǎn)調(diào)整人才培養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),深挖科研合作潛力,推動(dòng)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,提高合作辦學(xué)層次,推進(jìn)建立海外分校。
[Abstract]:China and Mongolia have successively put forward the "Belt and Road" and "grassland Road" plans. The two countries have a high degree of agreement in strategic development, and have a good foundation in the exchange and cooperation of higher education, but they are also faced with the urgent need to optimize the structure of specialized personnel. It is necessary to adjust the talent training structure according to the strategic cooperation between the two sides, to dig the potential of scientific research cooperation, and to promote collaborative innovation. We will raise the level of cooperation in running schools and promote the establishment of overseas campuses.
