【摘要】：工科學(xué)院是培養(yǎng)科技應(yīng)用型人才的重要陣地,科技創(chuàng)新能力是衡量工科大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)。本文基于工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐,指出培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力是時(shí)代的要求,具有突出的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。然后總結(jié)了工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)容和原則。最后,從構(gòu)建以學(xué)生為主體的培養(yǎng)體系、重視科技創(chuàng)新理念的灌輸和形成、提供科技創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐的良好氛圍、建立多層次創(chuàng)新服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)等方面提出了工科大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的路徑。
[Abstract]:The college of engineering is an important position for cultivating applied talents of science and technology, and the ability of science and technology innovation is an important index to measure the quality of cultivation of talents in engineering universities. This paper is based on the practice of cultivating the scientific and technological innovation ability of engineering college students. It is pointed out that it is the requirement of the times to cultivate the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students, which is of great practical significance. Then, the contents and principles of the cultivation of the scientific and technological innovation ability of the engineering college students are summarized. Finally, the cultivation system with the students as the main body is constructed. Emphasis on the inculcation and formation of the idea of scientific and technological innovation, providing a good atmosphere for the practice of scientific and technological innovation, setting up a multi-level innovation service team, etc., puts forward the way to cultivate the scientific and technological innovation ability of engineering college students.
