【摘要】：以貫通式培養(yǎng)模式為關(guān)鍵切入點(diǎn)來構(gòu)建博士生教育的分流與淘汰機(jī)制,既有助于克服現(xiàn)有機(jī)制的"重口號(hào)、難落實(shí)"問題,而且將博士生培養(yǎng)過程中關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量控制落到實(shí)處,對(duì)推動(dòng)由"入口戴帽"向"出口戴帽"轉(zhuǎn)變的學(xué)術(shù)型博士生培養(yǎng)模式綜合改革具有重要意義。新機(jī)制的總體思路是貫通培養(yǎng),過程分流;彈性設(shè)計(jì),雙向選擇;節(jié)點(diǎn)把控,重在落實(shí)。大口徑和靈活多樣的招生錄取辦法,博士生與導(dǎo)師(組)之間的動(dòng)態(tài)過程選擇,高效、靈活且多樣的經(jīng)費(fèi)資助模式,多部門協(xié)同聯(lián)動(dòng)的動(dòng)態(tài)管理和就業(yè)派遣順暢化是改革的關(guān)鍵舉措。
[Abstract]:To construct the mechanism of diversion and elimination of doctoral education through the mode of continuous training is not only helpful to overcome the problem of "heavy slogan, difficult to carry out" of the existing mechanism, but also to solve the problem that it is difficult to implement the existing mechanism. In addition, the quality control of the key nodes in the process of doctoral training is put into practice. It is of great significance to promote the comprehensive reform of the training model of academic doctoral students from "entrance hat" to "export hat". The overall idea of the new mechanism is to carry out training, process diversion, flexible design, two-way selection, node handle control, and so on. Emphasis is placed on the implementation of large caliber and flexible admission methods, dynamic process selection between doctoral students and mentors (groups), efficient, flexible and diverse funding patterns, Dynamic management and smooth employment dispatch are the key measures of the reform.
