【摘要】：本文從新型城鎮(zhèn)化視角對當(dāng)前我國高等教育體系存在的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾進(jìn)行分析,提出加快發(fā)展縣域高等教育、助推縣域城鎮(zhèn)化建議,探討了構(gòu)建縣域高等教育體系的必要性、目的和原則,針對當(dāng)前縣域高等教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的四種主要模式,對新型城鎮(zhèn)化視角下如何構(gòu)建縣域高等教育體系,形成"人才培養(yǎng)+項目支撐+成果獎勵"產(chǎn)學(xué)研聯(lián)動效應(yīng),提出管理體制、運行機(jī)制方面的具體策略建議。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of new urbanization, this paper analyzes the structural contradictions existing in the current higher education system of our country, puts forward some suggestions for speeding up the development of county higher education, boosts the county urbanization, and probes into the necessity of constructing the county higher education system. Aim and principle, aiming at the four main modes of innovation and development of county higher education at present, how to construct the county higher education system under the new urbanization angle, and form the "talent training project support achievement reward" production, college and research linkage effect. Put forward the management system, operational mechanism of the specific policy recommendations.
