【摘要】：高校協商民主作為社會主義協商民主的重要組成部分,對高校治理現代化有著重要意義。當前高校協商民主優(yōu)勢明顯:重視頂層設計與理論研究、民主協商主體性意識比較強烈、形式較為豐富,同時也存在一些問題諸如意識淡薄導致地位缺失、非對稱性信息流動、議題有限與精英式投票等,因此需要在意識提高、空間拓展、思維創(chuàng)新及機制建設等方面采取針對性措施,這對于推動高校治理現代化中協商民主制度的發(fā)展有著重要的理論與現實意義。
[Abstract]:As an important part of socialist consultative democracy, the consultative democracy in colleges and universities is of great significance to the modernization of university governance. At present, the advantages of consultative democracy in colleges and universities are obvious: attaching importance to top-level design and theoretical research, The subjective consciousness of democratic negotiation is relatively strong and rich in forms. At the same time, there are also some problems, such as lack of consciousness, asymmetric information flow, limited issues and elitist voting, etc. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of consultative democracy in the modernization of university governance by taking targeted measures in the aspects of space expansion, thinking innovation and mechanism construction.
