【摘要】：作為科學(xué)家和學(xué)者的人及其人性構(gòu)成了大學(xué)一切活動(dòng)的主體和基本動(dòng)力。首先,研究型大學(xué)的核心主體乃是從事科學(xué)和學(xué)術(shù)研究的自由人,大學(xué)就是這些自由人的聯(lián)合體。其次,他們?cè)诖髮W(xué)的最高使命就是科學(xué)和學(xué)術(shù)研究,因此,適用于他們的最高的和最合理的原則就是科學(xué)和學(xué)術(shù)的成就和學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范,而其他一切諸如人情世故和美德主義的要求皆應(yīng)予以排除。第三,大學(xué)基層學(xué)術(shù)組織要有足夠的張力、靈活性和自由空間以適應(yīng)原創(chuàng)研究的綜合性和不確定性。第四,這些自由人及其人性的獨(dú)特性構(gòu)成了大學(xué)的正常生態(tài),相應(yīng)地,大學(xué)的個(gè)性化和多元化就是大學(xué)未來(lái)發(fā)展的必由之路。
[Abstract]:As scientists and scholars of human and human nature constitute the main body of all activities of the University and basic power. First, the core of research university is engaged in scientific research and academic freedom, University is the combination of free people. Secondly, they are the highest mission of the university is the scientific and academic research, therefore, applies to they are the highest and the most reasonable principle is the scientific and academic achievements and academic standards, and all other virtues such as the requirement of the doctrine and traditional code of conduct should be excluded. Third, college grassroots academic organizations have enough tension, flexibility and free space to meet the comprehensive original research and uncertainty. Fourth, unique the free man and human nature of Normal University ecology, accordingly, the university is the University personalized and diversified future development will by the way.
