【摘要】：2015年對北京市海淀區(qū)青年創(chuàng)業(yè)者的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),自主創(chuàng)業(yè)者的受教育程度與創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)乘數(shù)呈現(xiàn)正向的相關性,自主創(chuàng)業(yè)者受教育程度越高,企業(yè)規(guī)�？赡茉酱�,拉動就業(yè)效應更明顯;自主創(chuàng)業(yè)者的受教育程度對于就業(yè)乘數(shù)的作用,在不同行業(yè)上差別較為明顯,尤以在農(nóng)、林、牧、漁業(yè)中的作用最為積極,但在不同行業(yè)中創(chuàng)業(yè)者受教育程度作用的異質(zhì)性表現(xiàn)得非常明顯;沒有充分證據(jù)說明,在對從業(yè)人員智力需求較高的行業(yè)里,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的受教育程度對就業(yè)乘數(shù)起著更為積極的作用,農(nóng)、林、牧、漁業(yè)和金融業(yè)都是比較明顯的反例。擴大自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的就業(yè)乘數(shù)效應,提高創(chuàng)業(yè)政策科學性,有必要加強對創(chuàng)業(yè)活動的引導、完善高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,并對創(chuàng)業(yè)效率進行更細致的成本—效益評估。
[Abstract]:A survey of young entrepreneurs in Haidian District of Beijing in 2015 found that there was a positive correlation between the educational level of independent entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial employment multiplier. The higher the level of education of independent entrepreneurs, the larger the size of enterprises. The effects of self-employed entrepreneurs' education on employment multiplier are more obvious in different industries, especially in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. But the heterogeneity of the role of entrepreneurs' educational attainment in different industries is evident; there is insufficient evidence that in industries where there is a higher intellectual demand for employees, The education level of entrepreneurs plays a more active role in the employment multiplier. Agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries and finance are more obvious counter-examples. It is necessary to strengthen the guidance of entrepreneurial activities, improve the education system of entrepreneurship in colleges and universities, and evaluate the efficiency of entrepreneurship in a more detailed way.
