【摘要】：文章結(jié)合“大眾創(chuàng)新,萬眾創(chuàng)業(yè)”時代背景,以旅游管理專業(yè)旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)為研究對象,旅游規(guī)劃課程開展實踐教學(xué)既有利于促進對學(xué)生創(chuàng)新與實踐能力的培養(yǎng),也是旅游管理專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標的內(nèi)在需要,更是積極踐行“創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)”雙創(chuàng)精神的體現(xiàn)。文章選取湖南師范大學(xué)、遼寧師范大學(xué)、東北財經(jīng)大學(xué)、渤海大學(xué)、浙江工商大學(xué)這5所本科高校旅游管理專業(yè)在讀學(xué)生為調(diào)查對象,獲取第一手的研究數(shù)據(jù)與資料。運用因子分析法,構(gòu)建了旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)評價體系,通過IPA分析法著重對當前旅游規(guī)劃課程教學(xué)中存在的問題進行科學(xué)的實證剖析。第一章介紹了論文的選題背景、意義及國內(nèi)外研究進展,并介紹了文章的研究思路和方法以及創(chuàng)新之處。第二章論述了建構(gòu)主義、人本主義等教育教學(xué)理論對旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)的啟示并就IPA分析的相關(guān)理論概念進行了闡述。第三章就旅游規(guī)劃人才需求狀況及課程教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進行了梳理與分析,并就旅游規(guī)劃人才實踐能力培養(yǎng)的必要性進行了論述。第四章運用探索性因子分析法構(gòu)建了旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)評價體系。第五章,從重要性和滿意度感知角度對旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)評價的25項指標、6項一級評價指標以及5所樣本高校分別進行了IPA分析。第六章,對旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)存在的問題及影響因素分析,基于IPA實證分析,指出旅游規(guī)劃課程教學(xué)存在的問題,并從課程、學(xué)校、社會、學(xué)生四個角度就旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)的影響因素進行了剖析。第七章,基于對旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)評價體系的IPA分析,從培養(yǎng)目標、保障機制、核心內(nèi)容、評價機制構(gòu)建了旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)體系。文章從實踐教學(xué)角度出發(fā),構(gòu)建了旅游規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)指標評價體系,并對旅旅規(guī)劃課程實踐教學(xué)指標體系進行IPA分析,通過對當前旅游規(guī)劃課程教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀和問題的實證研究,能夠找出制約旅游規(guī)劃課程開展實踐教學(xué)的癥結(jié)所在,有助于解決當下旅游規(guī)劃課程教學(xué)中面臨的問題,進而提升旅游規(guī)劃人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of the times of "mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship", this paper takes the practical teaching of tourism planning course of tourism management as the research object. The development of practical teaching of tourism planning course is beneficial to the cultivation of students' innovation and practical ability. It is also the inherent need of the training goal of tourism management specialty, and it is also the embodiment of practicing the "innovation and pioneering spirit". The article selects Hunan normal University, Liaoning normal University, Northeast University of Finance and Economics, Bohai University, The students of tourism management major in five undergraduate universities of Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University are investigated to obtain first-hand research data and materials. By using factor analysis method, a practical teaching evaluation system of tourism planning course is constructed. By means of IPA analysis, the problems existing in the course of tourism planning are analyzed scientifically. The first chapter introduces the background, significance and research progress of the thesis. It also introduces the research ideas, methods and innovations of the article. Chapter two discusses constructivism. The educational and teaching theories such as humanism enlighten the practical teaching of tourism planning course and expatiate the related theoretical concepts of IPA analysis. Chapter three combs and analyzes the demand of tourism planning talents and the present situation of curriculum teaching. The fourth chapter uses exploratory factor analysis method to construct the evaluation system of tourism planning curriculum practice teaching. From the perspective of importance and satisfaction perception, this paper makes a IPA analysis of the 25 indexes and 6 first-grade evaluation indexes of the practical teaching evaluation of tourism planning courses, as well as the five sample colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the problems and influencing factors in the practical teaching of tourism planning course, based on the empirical analysis of IPA, this paper points out the problems in the teaching of tourism planning course, and points out the problems in the teaching of tourism planning course from the perspective of curriculum, school and society. In the seventh chapter, based on the IPA analysis of the evaluation system of tourism planning course practice teaching, the author analyzes the training goal, the safeguard mechanism and the core content. From the perspective of practical teaching, this paper constructs the evaluation system of tourism planning curriculum practice teaching index, and carries on the IPA analysis to the travel planning curriculum practice teaching index system. Through the empirical study on the current teaching situation and problems of tourism planning course, the paper can find out the crux of restricting the practical teaching of tourism planning course, which is helpful to solve the problems in tourism planning course teaching. And then improve the quality of tourism planning personnel training.
