【摘要】：當(dāng)代知識生產(chǎn)是"應(yīng)用情境"機(jī)制下的多元協(xié)同模式,是自由與責(zé)任的統(tǒng)一。由于學(xué)術(shù)評價囿于學(xué)術(shù)化、知識生產(chǎn)的封閉循環(huán)、學(xué)術(shù)人員配置的"板結(jié)"等原因,使得我國高校智庫建設(shè)出現(xiàn)了效率低下與效益不高的困境。這一困境的化解需要活化知識生產(chǎn)的體制機(jī)制,提升高校智庫發(fā)展的內(nèi)生動力;著力培育智庫市場,拓展高校智庫的發(fā)展空間;建立靈活的人員交流機(jī)制,提升智庫知識產(chǎn)品的影響力。
[Abstract]:Contemporary knowledge production is a multi-cooperative mode under the mechanism of "application situation", which is the unity of freedom and responsibility. Due to the limitation of academic evaluation, the closed cycle of knowledge production, and the "integration" of academic personnel, etc. It makes the construction of university think tank in our country appear the dilemma of low efficiency and low benefit. The solution of this dilemma needs to activate the system mechanism of knowledge production, to promote the endogenous motive force of the development of university think tank, and to cultivate the market of think tank. To expand the development space of the university think tank, to establish the flexible personnel exchange mechanism, and to enhance the influence of the knowledge product of the think tank.
