【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化時(shí)代的飛速發(fā)展,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具占領(lǐng)意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域,成為不同流派、不同信仰、不同政治集團(tuán)的首選。誰占領(lǐng)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)陣地誰就掌握了主動(dòng)權(quán),誰控制了網(wǎng)絡(luò)誰就有了話語權(quán)。本文的主旨就是要從理論和實(shí)踐的角度,通過對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的分析,對(duì)未來發(fā)展走勢(shì)的預(yù)判,研究如何把高校黨政干部和共青團(tuán)干部、思想政治理論課教師和哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)課教師、輔導(dǎo)員和班主任、心理健康教育教師和學(xué)生骨干等融合到一起,打造合格的網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳思想工作隊(duì)伍,建設(shè)成黨宣傳思想工作的一支重要力量,擔(dān)負(fù)起全面落實(shí)新形勢(shì)下高校宣傳思想工作的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。本文試圖從高校如何建設(shè)一支強(qiáng)有力的網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳思想工作隊(duì)伍,建設(shè)一支什么樣的網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳思想工作隊(duì)伍,如何使這支隊(duì)伍發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用等等,這些亟待研究、探討和解決的問題上,在理論層面上探討研究高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳思想工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的時(shí)代價(jià)值,基本原則和要求,為進(jìn)一步豐富高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳思想工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論,切實(shí)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳和輿論引導(dǎo)工作提供理論支撐;從實(shí)踐層面上,通過調(diào)查和走訪,了解和掌握目前高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳思想工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,客觀分析近年來高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳思想工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的成績,效果以及存在問題的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上為高校宣傳思想管理部門和政府相關(guān)管理部門提供對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network information age, the use of network tools to occupy the ideological field, become the first choice of different schools, different beliefs, different political groups. Whoever controls the network will have the right to speak. The main purpose of this paper is to study how to put the party and government cadres in colleges and universities and the cadres of the Communist Youth League from the perspective of theory and practice, through the analysis of the current situation, and the prejudgment of the future development trend. Teachers of ideological and political theory, teachers of philosophy and social sciences, counsellors and class teachers, teachers of mental health education and backbone of students are merged together to build a qualified team of network propaganda and ideological work. Building into an important force in the Party's propaganda and ideological work, taking on the strategic task of carrying out the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities in an all-round way under the new situation, this paper attempts to build a strong network propaganda and ideological work team in colleges and universities. What kind of network propaganda and ideological work team should be built, how to make this team play its due role, and so on? these urgent problems need to be studied, discussed and solved. In order to further enrich the relevant theories of the construction of network propaganda and ideological work team in colleges and universities, this paper probes into the value, basic principles and requirements of the construction of network propaganda and ideological work team in colleges and universities on the theoretical level. To provide theoretical support for the work of network propaganda and public opinion guidance; to understand and master the current situation of the construction of network propaganda and ideological work teams in colleges and universities through investigation and visits from the practical level, This paper objectively analyzes the achievements, effects and causes of the problems in the construction of network propaganda and ideological work team in colleges and universities in recent years, and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the propaganda and ideological management departments of colleges and universities and the relevant administrative departments of the government on this basis.
