【摘要】:應(yīng)用型大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)是面對(duì)新情況,應(yīng)對(duì)教育部、國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、財(cái)政部關(guān)于引導(dǎo)部分地方普通本科高校向應(yīng)用型轉(zhuǎn)變的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)教發(fā)[2015]7號(hào)文件產(chǎn)生的。在新時(shí)期,應(yīng)用型大學(xué)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生蓬勃發(fā)展,其文化建設(shè)研究十分有必要和意義,兼具理論和實(shí)踐雙重意義與價(jià)值。該文從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述,首先從內(nèi)涵、特征、功能等分析;其次,分析現(xiàn)狀;最后,針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出一些建議以期解決問(wèn)題。本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、綜合分析法、實(shí)證研究等方法。首先,對(duì)應(yīng)用型大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定分析,分析其內(nèi)涵、特征、功能等。其次,在應(yīng)用型大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)基本概念進(jìn)行界定分析基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析應(yīng)用型大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,以現(xiàn)狀為切入點(diǎn),再進(jìn)一步探索針對(duì)問(wèn)題現(xiàn)狀的有效對(duì)策,并對(duì)本文研究的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行更加深層次的分析和判斷,以期有的放矢的精準(zhǔn)解決問(wèn)題,把應(yīng)用型大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)做的更好。研究得出以下結(jié)論:首先,應(yīng)用型大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,其機(jī)遇有時(shí)代機(jī)遇、政策支持、實(shí)踐與市場(chǎng)的需求,其挑戰(zhàn)有相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐不甚充足,定位和重視程度仍需提高。其次,針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀即機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),要抓住機(jī)遇,應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。突出特色,提高重視程度,精準(zhǔn)定位。最后,以問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向,注重問(wèn)題意識(shí),精準(zhǔn)解決問(wèn)題,樹立文化建設(shè)新理念、突出新特色、注重新思維、以學(xué)生為本,把應(yīng)用型大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)好,突出特色。
[Abstract]:The construction of applied university campus culture is produced in the new situation, the Ministry of Education, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the guidance on guiding some local colleges and universities to the application-oriented transformation. The research on the cultural construction is very necessary and significant, and has both theoretical and practical significance and value. This paper discusses from three aspects: firstly, the connotation, characteristics, functions and so on; secondly, Finally, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem. This study mainly adopts the methods of literature, comprehensive analysis, empirical research and so on. On the basis of defining and analyzing the related concepts of campus culture construction of applied universities, analyzing its connotation, characteristics, functions, etc. Secondly, on the basis of defining and analyzing the basic concepts of campus culture construction in applied universities, Further analyze the current situation of campus culture construction in applied universities, take the current situation as the breakthrough point, further explore the effective countermeasures against the current situation of the problem, and carry on deeper analysis and judgment to the problems studied in this paper. The research draws the following conclusions: firstly, the opportunities and challenges of the campus culture construction of applied universities coexist with the times and the policy support. The challenges of practice and market are not enough in theory and practice, and the orientation and attention should be improved. Secondly, in view of the present situation, that is, opportunity and challenge, we should seize the opportunity, deal with the challenge, highlight the characteristics and raise the degree of attention. Finally, take the problem as the guidance, pay attention to the problem consciousness, solve the problem accurately, set up the new idea of cultural construction, highlight the new characteristic, pay attention to the new thinking, take the student as the center, construct the applied university campus culture well, highlight the characteristic.
