【摘要】：在推進大學生學業(yè)規(guī)劃過程中制訂并實施目標引領成長模式,既是高校提升人才培養(yǎng)質量的需要,也是大學生謀求良好生涯發(fā)展的關鍵。高校應當幫助大學生樹立明確的引領性學業(yè)規(guī)劃目標,科學梳理學業(yè)規(guī)劃工作路徑,通過長短期結合、輕重性統(tǒng)籌的目標引領,高效助推大學生成長、成人與成才。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting college students' academic planning, it is necessary for colleges and universities to develop and implement the goal-oriented growth model to improve the quality of talent training. It is also the key for college students to pursue good career development. Colleges and universities should help college students to set up clear guiding academic planning goals, scientifically sort out the work path of academic planning, and guide them through the combination of long and short term, as well as the goal of light and heavy overall planning. Promote the growth of college students, adults and talents.
