【摘要】：大學(xué)參與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的核心要義是通過創(chuàng)新資源社會化逐步將創(chuàng)新資源向社會其他成員廣泛分化和轉(zhuǎn)移,以加速創(chuàng)新資源在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新場域中的有效柔性聚集。通過理論移植和本土化修正,"蝶形三螺旋"成為大學(xué)將創(chuàng)新資源社會化并高效融入?yún)f(xié)同創(chuàng)新的理想平臺。但要做到創(chuàng)新資源社會化,尤其是要作為核心主體融入到協(xié)同創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)之中,大學(xué)要在組織結(jié)構(gòu)和組織理念等方面做出一系列的適應(yīng)性變革。具體而言,大學(xué)當(dāng)樹立誠信協(xié)同理念;在大學(xué)引入競爭機(jī)制以尋找創(chuàng)新合作伙伴;推進(jìn)大學(xué)組織邊界淡化以實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新資源共享;加強(qiáng)大學(xué)院系權(quán)力以激發(fā)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新參與熱情;培育弱利他主義文化以營造協(xié)同創(chuàng)新氛圍。
[Abstract]:The core of university participation in collaborative innovation is to gradually divide and transfer innovative resources to other members of society through the socialization of innovative resources. In order to accelerate the effective flexible aggregation of innovation resources in the field of collaborative innovation, the butterfly triple helix is an ideal platform for universities to socialize innovation resources and integrate them into collaborative innovation through theoretical transplantation and localization modification. To socialize innovative resources, Especially, as the core subject, universities should make a series of adaptive changes in the aspects of organizational structure and organizational concept. Introducing competition mechanism in universities to find innovative partners, promoting the desalination of university organizational boundaries to realize the sharing of innovative resources, strengthening the power of university departments to stimulate the enthusiasm of collaborative innovation participation; Cultivate the culture of weak altruism to create an atmosphere of synergy and innovation.
