【摘要】：文章討論了高校戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的五種內(nèi)涵解釋,認(rèn)為規(guī)劃有靜態(tài)和動態(tài)之分。高校戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與決策的關(guān)系是辯證統(tǒng)一的,二者相互聯(lián)系、相互依賴、相互補(bǔ)充,統(tǒng)一于大學(xué)組織的職能履行和發(fā)展中。高校戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃決策評價應(yīng)從四個維度來進(jìn)行,即規(guī)劃決策分析的科學(xué)性、規(guī)劃決策方案的可行性、規(guī)劃決策實(shí)施的執(zhí)行性和規(guī)劃決策結(jié)果的有效性,從而更加科學(xué)有效地推進(jìn)學(xué)校發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses five connotations of strategic planning in colleges and universities, and points out that there are static and dynamic aspects in planning. The relationship between strategic planning and decision-making in colleges and universities is dialectical and unified, and the two are interrelated, interdependent and complementary. The evaluation of university strategic planning decision should be carried out from four dimensions, namely, the scientific nature of planning decision analysis and the feasibility of planning decision scheme. The implementation of planning decisions and the effectiveness of the results of planning decisions are more scientific and effective to promote the development of schools.
