【摘要】：法治是人類進(jìn)步的旗幟,它代表了一個(gè)國(guó)家的政治文明水準(zhǔn)。黨的十五大提出“建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家”,并鮮明地突出了對(duì)“法治”的強(qiáng)調(diào)。黨的十六大明確了依法治國(guó)作為“黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民治理國(guó)家的基本方略”。黨的十七大將以“中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法律體系正式形成”為標(biāo)志的法治建設(shè),向社會(huì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域更深更廣處推進(jìn)。黨的十八大以來,依法治國(guó)方略被提到新的高度。黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)更加明確地提出要“深入開展法治宣傳教育,把法治教育納入國(guó)民教育體系”,目的是要“全民樹立法治觀念”。大學(xué)生作為祖國(guó)的未來,中華民族偉大復(fù)興的希望,更應(yīng)具備良好的法治觀念,這是社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)的需要,也是時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求。因此,研究大學(xué)生法治觀教育問題有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以馬克思主義法學(xué)思想為指導(dǎo),以改革開放以來的中國(guó)化馬克思主義法治理論為直接立論依據(jù),以思想政治教育學(xué)原理為研究基礎(chǔ),對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生法治觀教育進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的探討。首先,對(duì)大學(xué)生法治觀研究現(xiàn)狀作了概述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)界關(guān)于大學(xué)生法治觀教育的主要觀點(diǎn)以及研究成果進(jìn)行梳理和相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)闡釋了對(duì)大學(xué)生法治觀教育進(jìn)行研究的理論與實(shí)踐意義。其次,揭示了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治觀教育存在問題。總體上看,高校法治觀教育取得了一定的成效,但是應(yīng)然存在著不可忽視的問題,體現(xiàn)在大學(xué)生身上是法律認(rèn)知水平不高、法治觀念淡薄;從教育角度看,存在著教育定位不明確、教育內(nèi)容不完善、教育途徑與方法較為單一等問題;其成因是高校對(duì)法治觀教育重視程度不夠、法治觀教育內(nèi)容未與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、法治教育方式和方法缺乏創(chuàng)新以及社會(huì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響等。最后,借鑒學(xué)術(shù)界有關(guān)大學(xué)生法治觀教育研究的有益成分,并立足于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治觀教育的實(shí)際,提出了加強(qiáng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治觀教育的策略。高校應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持正確的法治觀教育原則,對(duì)法治教育進(jìn)行合理定位,要以法治知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),以法治信仰教育為核心,完善教育內(nèi)容,優(yōu)化教育方式、方法,營(yíng)造良好的法治觀教育環(huán)境,不斷提高教師素質(zhì)等方面下功夫,從而提高大學(xué)生法治教育的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:The rule of law is the banner of human progress, It represents the level of a country's political civilization. The 15th National Congress of the Party put forward "building a socialist country ruled by law", and highlighted the emphasis on "rule by law." the 16th National Congress of the Party clearly defined the rule of law as "party leaders." The Party's Seventeenth National Congress will build the rule of law marked by the formal formation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, the strategy of governing the country by law has been raised to a new height. The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee more clearly proposed to "carry out in-depth propaganda and education on the rule of law." The purpose of bringing the education of the rule of law into the national education system is to "establish the concept of the rule of law by the whole people." College students, as the future of the motherland, hope for a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and they should have a good concept of the rule of law. This is the need of the construction of socialist political civilization as well as the requirement of the development of the times. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the education of college students' view of the rule of law. Based on the Marxist theory of rule of law in China since the reform and opening up, and based on the principles of ideological and political education, this paper makes a systematic discussion on the education of the concept of rule of law among college students in China. This paper summarizes the current situation of the research on the concept of the rule of law of college students, and reviews the main viewpoints and research results of the academic circles at home and abroad on the education of the view of the rule of law of college students. At the same time, it explains the theoretical and practical significance of the research on college students' view of rule of law. Secondly, it reveals the problems existing in the education of contemporary college students' view of rule of law. On the whole, the education of view of rule of law in colleges and universities has achieved certain results. However, there should be some problems which can not be ignored, which are reflected in the fact that the level of legal cognition is not high and the concept of rule of law is weak. The causes of these problems are that colleges and universities do not attach enough importance to the education of the concept of rule of law, the contents of the education of view of the rule of law do not keep pace with the times, the ways and methods of education of the rule of law lack of innovation and the negative influence of the social environment, and so on. This paper draws lessons from the beneficial elements of the academic research on the education of college students' view of the rule of law, and based on the reality of the education of the contemporary college students' view of the rule of law, puts forward the strategies of strengthening the education of the view of the law of contemporary college students. The reasonable orientation of the education of rule of law should be based on the knowledge of the rule of law, taking the education of belief in the rule of law as the core, perfecting the educational content, optimizing the educational methods and methods, and creating a good educational environment for the view of the rule of law. To improve the quality of teachers and other aspects, so as to improve the effectiveness of the rule of law education for college students.
