【摘要】：法治國(guó)家的建設(shè)不僅是制度建設(shè),更是一種思想建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)。為全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)和法治中國(guó)建設(shè),必須大力弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義法治精神,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治文化。法治文化是法治之源,對(duì)法治的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重要的影響。當(dāng)前高校法治安全事件一再發(fā)生,增強(qiáng)高校師生員工的法治意識(shí)和法治觀念,構(gòu)建高校法治文化符合高校的實(shí)際訴求。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,良好的思想政治教育逐漸成為培育人才的重要環(huán)節(jié)。思想政治教育是高校師生員工"知法"、"懂法"、"守法"、"用法"的重要保障,是高校法治文化建設(shè)的重要渠道,在促進(jìn)高校法治文化建設(shè)的過程中具有極其重要的意義。本文首先從高校法治文化建設(shè)的概念出發(fā),探究思想政治教育與高校法治文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,分析基于思想政治教育維度的高校法治文化建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)。其次,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查,分析當(dāng)前思想政治教育應(yīng)用于高校法治文化建設(shè)取得的成效和存在的問題,并探究存在問題的原因。最后,從加強(qiáng)高校法治精神文明建設(shè)、構(gòu)建高校法治文化建設(shè)保障機(jī)制、營(yíng)造高校法治文化育人環(huán)境三個(gè)方面提出對(duì)策建議,從而使高校法治文化建設(shè)保持正確的方向和充足的動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The construction of a country ruled by law is not only the construction of system, but also the construction of ideology and culture. In order to comprehensively promote the rule of law and the construction of China under the rule of law, we must vigorously carry forward the spirit of socialist rule of law. Construction of socialist culture of rule of law. The culture of rule of law is the source of the rule of law and has an important impact on the realization of the rule of law. With the development of the society and the progress of the times, the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities accords with the actual demands of the colleges and universities. Good ideological and political education has gradually become an important link in the cultivation of talents. Ideological and political education is an important guarantee for teachers and students in colleges and universities to "know the law", "understand the law", "abide by the law", and "use", and is an important channel for the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities. In the process of promoting the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities, it is of great significance. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction of the rule of law culture in colleges and universities based on the dimension of ideological and political education. Secondly, combined with the questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the achievements and problems of the application of ideological and political education in the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects: strengthening the construction of the moral civilization of the rule of law, constructing the guarantee mechanism of the construction of the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities, and creating the educational environment of the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities. Thus, the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities should keep the correct direction and sufficient motive force.
