【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查上海市某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"公衛(wèi)")專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的職業(yè)發(fā)展及業(yè)余生活,為公衛(wèi)專業(yè)的規(guī)劃發(fā)展和公衛(wèi)人才培養(yǎng)提供借鑒。方法:采用自制問卷,運(yùn)用方便抽樣方法對(duì)上海市某大學(xué)362位公衛(wèi)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,對(duì)8位畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行半結(jié)構(gòu)式深度訪談。結(jié)果:47.7%畢業(yè)生對(duì)工作滿意表示比較滿意和滿意,71.6%對(duì)業(yè)余生活表示比較滿意和滿意;52.5%畢業(yè)生對(duì)職業(yè)發(fā)展綜合評(píng)價(jià)為"高",77.16%對(duì)業(yè)余生活綜合評(píng)價(jià)為"高";工作單位類別影響職業(yè)滿意度、科研、外語水平及職業(yè)規(guī)劃影響職業(yè)綜合發(fā)展。結(jié)論:公衛(wèi)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生業(yè)余生活總體較為豐富且滿意,而職業(yè)發(fā)展綜合水平并不太理想。表明公衛(wèi)專業(yè)在校學(xué)生應(yīng)加強(qiáng)職業(yè)規(guī)劃,培養(yǎng)積極向上生活態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the professional development and amateur life of graduates majoring in public health (hereinafter referred to as "public health") in a university in Shanghai, so as to provide a reference for the planning and development of public health major and the cultivation of public health talents. Methods: a self-made questionnaire was used. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 362 graduates majoring in public health in a university in Shanghai by means of a convenient sampling method. The results showed that 47.7% of the graduates were satisfied with their work and 71.6% were satisfied with their part-time life. 52.5% of the graduates rated their career development as "high" and 77.16%. The comprehensive evaluation of amateur life is "high"; the category of work unit affects job satisfaction, Scientific research, foreign language level and career planning affect the comprehensive development of career. Conclusion: the amateur life of graduates majoring in public health is more abundant and satisfactory. The comprehensive level of career development is not ideal, which indicates that students majoring in public health should strengthen their career planning and cultivate a positive attitude towards life.
