【摘要】：職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的表現(xiàn)不僅體現(xiàn)在個人身上某些不變的特征,還表現(xiàn)在一定的思想和行為活動中,對人們的社會行為有指導性的作用。如今社會,大學生想要成才并立足于社會,一定要順應時代的發(fā)展要求。大學生的學習進步以及他們對社會的貢獻是職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的核心要求。現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅猛,對于高級人才要求很高,需求也很大,然而就業(yè)形勢仍然非常嚴峻�，F(xiàn)在的大學生如果僅是擁有扎實的專業(yè)知識,沒有良好的職業(yè)道德,想找一個符合心意的工作,是存在一定困難的。只有具備較高的職業(yè)道德水平,才能勝任自己的本質工作,并做出較大成績。職業(yè)道德建設是社會主義道德建設的重要組成部分,高校作為文化宣傳的主陣地對大學生的職業(yè)道德教育功不可沒,但是目前來說,高等教育中的職業(yè)道德教育相對來說比較薄弱,大部分的高等院校都比較重視專業(yè)教育而忽視了職業(yè)道德的培育,這也是所說的“重智育輕德育”。職業(yè)道德教育對大學生的擇業(yè)有直接影響,甚至以后個人在工作上的成就與發(fā)展,或者說,良好的職業(yè)道德教育能夠提高社會文化認知水平,并且有利于社會和諧與精神文明建設。我國高校非常重視大學生的素質教育以及大學生的職業(yè)道德教育,大學生的課程中的思修與法律基礎是提升大學生職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)的必備課程。近年來,我國的學者對職業(yè)道德教育進行了深入的探討和研究并取得了一些成績,但這些還遠遠不夠,在這個領域還有很多問題急需解決。大學生已經(jīng)有十幾年的學習和生活經(jīng)驗,已經(jīng)形成了屬于自己的人生觀和價值觀,具備了一定的分析問題與解決問題的能力,單方面專業(yè)知識的傳授越來越不能適應社會發(fā)展需求,在情感、能力和品質等多方面的綜合培養(yǎng)越來越重要。由此看來,要加強大學生的職業(yè)道德教育,老師們應結合社會現(xiàn)實情況以及自己所教課程特點和工作中所積累的相關職業(yè)道德教育經(jīng)驗,使職業(yè)道德觀念深入人心。當然,還要因人施教,在充分了解學生的身心特點的基礎上,來選擇符合大學生特點的教育方式與平臺。本論文在借鑒有關大學生職業(yè)道德教育文章的基礎上,嘗試進一步的分析與總結。本論文首先論述了大學生職業(yè)道德教育的含義,相關概念與研究內(nèi)容。接下來,分析了當前大學生職業(yè)道德教育面臨的主要問題,并對這些問題進行了深入分析。最后,嘗試提出進行大學生職業(yè)道德教育的路徑選擇,包括職業(yè)道德教育觀念“以德育人”;創(chuàng)新以校園活動教育的新思路;社會實踐活動教育創(chuàng)新;切實提高職業(yè)德育教育水平等。
[Abstract]:The expression of professional ethics is not only reflected in certain immutable characteristics of individuals, but also in certain ideological and behavioral activities, which has a guiding effect on people's social behavior. In today's society, college students want to become talented and have a foothold in society. College students' learning progress and their contribution to society are the core requirements of their professional ethics. The rapid development of the modern economy requires a high demand for and great demand for senior personnel. However, the employment situation is still very serious. If college students have only solid professional knowledge and have no good professional ethics, they want to find a job that suits their wishes. Only if we have a high level of professional ethics can we be competent in our own essential work and make great achievements. The construction of professional ethics is an important part of the construction of socialist morality. Colleges and universities, as the main front of cultural propaganda, have contributed to the professional ethics education of college students, but at present, the professional ethics education in higher education is relatively weak. Most colleges and universities pay more attention to professional education and neglect the cultivation of professional ethics, which is also called "attaching importance to intellectual education and less to moral education." Professional ethics education has a direct impact on college students' career choices. Even in the future, personal achievements and development at work, or good professional ethics education, can improve the level of social and cultural cognition. Our universities attach great importance to the quality education of college students and the professional ethics education of college students. In recent years, scholars in our country have made a deep research on professional ethics education and made some achievements. But these are far from enough. In this field, there are still many problems that need to be solved. College students have more than ten years of study and life experience, and have formed their own outlook on life and values. With a certain ability to analyze and solve problems, the imparting of unilateral professional knowledge is increasingly unable to meet the needs of social development, and it is becoming more and more important to develop a comprehensive culture of emotion, ability and quality. In order to strengthen the professional ethics education of college students, teachers should take into account the social reality, the characteristics of the courses taught and the relevant professional ethics education experience accumulated in their work, so that the concept of professional ethics is deeply rooted in the people's heart. On the basis of fully understanding the students' physical and mental characteristics, this paper chooses the educational methods and platforms that conform to the characteristics of college students. This paper first discusses the meaning, related concepts and research contents of college students' professional ethics education. Then, it analyzes the main problems faced by college students' professional ethics education. Finally, the author tries to put forward the path choice of college students' professional ethics education, including the concept of professional ethics education "educating people with morality", the new idea of innovating the education of campus activities, and the following aspects: 1. Social practice education innovation; improve the level of vocational moral education and so on.
