【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的飛速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為用人單位提供了一種新的招聘方式——網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘,這不僅給用人單位和求職者提供了豐富的資源,更使得招聘過程更加簡單、方便、高效。近些年來,我國的社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展和國際影響力的不斷擴大,吸引了越來越多的海外留學(xué)生來華求學(xué),而來華留學(xué)生教育是高校教育國際化的重要組成部分。因此,關(guān)注和改善高校留學(xué)生管理模式和職業(yè)發(fā)展也是教育國際化發(fā)展的重要體現(xiàn),但是目前我國對留學(xué)生就業(yè)兼職問題的應(yīng)用研究甚少,而且由于在華留學(xué)生兼職的大趨勢以及在華留學(xué)生的群體特性,就業(yè)兼職已經(jīng)成為在華留學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的重要組成,是一種普遍存在的現(xiàn)象。鑒于此,本研究以所在學(xué)校的在華留學(xué)生為例,結(jié)合留學(xué)生的個性化需求和實際的網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘特征,擬設(shè)計出一個符合留學(xué)生特殊群體特征的就業(yè)求職網(wǎng)站,為在華留學(xué)生提供一個就業(yè)和兼職的平臺,提高高校教育國際化發(fā)展水平,補充現(xiàn)有留學(xué)生相關(guān)研究的不足,本論文主要包括以下三方面的研究工作。第一,通過文獻綜述法,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘的現(xiàn)狀進行一定的分析,再以華中師范大學(xué)的在華留學(xué)生為例,通過問卷調(diào)查和訪談,獲得在華留學(xué)生的求職現(xiàn)狀、實際想法和要求等,然后,通過網(wǎng)上調(diào)研,探究目前國內(nèi)外主流招聘網(wǎng)站的優(yōu)勢和不足,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從內(nèi)容與功能、網(wǎng)站設(shè)計、用戶個性化設(shè)計三個方面進行分析和總結(jié),確定網(wǎng)站設(shè)計研究的需求出發(fā)點。第二,對網(wǎng)站進行需求分析,提出網(wǎng)站的總體目標(biāo),結(jié)合留學(xué)生就業(yè)兼職過程中的求職招聘流程,針對留學(xué)生、用人單位、系統(tǒng)管理員三種用戶角色的實際需求,對網(wǎng)站的功能模塊進行功能設(shè)計,詳細地描述各功能模塊的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯設(shè)計,并進行可行性分析。第三,進行網(wǎng)站設(shè)計,提出網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計目標(biāo)和設(shè)計原則,對網(wǎng)站進行系統(tǒng)框架設(shè)計,劃分系統(tǒng)各模塊,并進行詳細功能設(shè)計和概述。同時,對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行設(shè)計,然后,根據(jù)網(wǎng)站的特點和現(xiàn)有條件,確定了網(wǎng)站界面及風(fēng)格,進行界面實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the network, the Internet provides a new recruitment method for employers, which not only provides abundant resources for employers and job seekers, but also makes the recruitment process simpler and more convenient. In recent years, with the development of social economy and the expansion of international influence, more and more overseas students have been attracted to study in China, and the education of overseas students in China is an important part of the internationalization of higher education. Paying attention to and improving the management mode and career development of foreign students in colleges and universities is also an important embodiment of the development of internationalization of education. However, there are very few researches on the application of part-time employment for foreign students in our country at present. Moreover, because of the general trend of part-time students in China and the characteristics of the group of students studying in China, part-time employment has become an important component of the study and life of foreign students in China, which is a common phenomenon. This study takes the overseas students in China as an example, combining the individualized demand of foreign students and the actual characteristics of online recruitment, to design a job search website which accords with the characteristics of the special group of foreign students. To provide an employment and part-time platform for foreign students in China, to improve the development level of internationalization of higher education, and to supplement the deficiencies of related research on foreign students, this paper mainly includes the following three aspects of research work. First, through literature review, This paper analyzes the current situation of online recruitment, and then takes the overseas students of Central China normal University as an example, through questionnaires and interviews, obtains the status quo, actual ideas and requirements of overseas students in China, and then, through online research, To explore the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream recruitment websites at home and abroad, on this basis, from the content and function, website design, user personalized design three aspects of analysis and summary, to determine the starting point of website design research needs. This paper analyzes the demand of the website, puts forward the overall goal of the website, and combines the process of employment and part-time employment of foreign students, aiming at the actual needs of the three user roles of foreign students, employers and system administrators. The function module of the website is designed, the business logic design of each function module is described in detail, and the feasibility analysis is carried out. Thirdly, the website design is carried out, and the design goal and design principle of the website are put forward. At the same time, the database is designed, and then, according to the characteristics and existing conditions of the website, the interface and style of the website are determined. Implement the interface.
