【摘要】：人的生存需要與發(fā)展需要由人的本質(zhì)屬性所決定,如果說生存需要是一個(gè)人由自然人成為社會(huì)人的邏輯起點(diǎn),那么人的發(fā)展需要?jiǎng)t體現(xiàn)為一個(gè)人在實(shí)現(xiàn)自身價(jià)值過程中的具體思維方式和行為表現(xiàn)。在現(xiàn)代大學(xué)體制內(nèi),大學(xué)生個(gè)體發(fā)展需要的滿足應(yīng)從屬于整個(gè)大學(xué)生群體發(fā)展需要滿足的現(xiàn)實(shí)性,即大學(xué)生個(gè)體的成長(zhǎng)離不開群體發(fā)展的大環(huán)境。從人與社會(huì)的辯證關(guān)系來考量,人的個(gè)體發(fā)展所需要的物質(zhì)和精神元素一般都外顯為自然性與社會(huì)性、奉獻(xiàn)性與功利性、自發(fā)性與自覺性等特征。在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀培育問題上,高校應(yīng)結(jié)合大學(xué)生個(gè)體成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展所呈現(xiàn)的外在特征,把握大學(xué)生個(gè)體成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律,利用好大學(xué)生個(gè)體發(fā)展與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀培育的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生個(gè)體主動(dòng)接受社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的規(guī)約,進(jìn)而自覺完成社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的有效培育。
[Abstract]:The survival and development needs of human beings are determined by the essential attributes of human beings. If we say that survival needs are the logical starting point for a person to become a social person from a natural person, Then the development needs of human beings are embodied in the concrete way of thinking and behavior of a person in the process of realizing his own value. In the modern university system, The satisfaction of individual development needs of college students should be subordinate to the reality of the development needs of the whole group of college students, that is, the individual growth of college students can not be separated from the general environment of group development. The material and spiritual elements needed for the individual development of human beings are generally characterized by nature and sociality, dedication and utilitarianism, spontaneity and self-consciousness. Colleges and universities should combine the external characteristics of individual growth and development of college students, grasp the basic law of individual growth and development of college students, and make good use of the inherent logical relationship between the individual development of college students and the cultivation of socialist core values. To guide college students to accept the rules of socialist core values actively, and then accomplish the effective cultivation of socialist core values consciously.
