【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,國家對高素質(zhì)人才的需求越來越大,而培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的根本辦法就是發(fā)展高等教育。提高高等教育的投入水平是促進發(fā)展高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要保證,落實高等教育優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位,增加高等教育投入成為世界各國普遍關注的問題。本文研究高等教育投入效率,希望能為高校的建設發(fā)展和教育事業(yè)的進步提供參考。首先,本文從理論的角度出發(fā),通過搜集、整理文獻,詳細闡述了高等教育、高等教育投入效率和數(shù)據(jù)包絡分析法等相關理論和概念。其次,根據(jù)先前學者研究成果,分析總結(jié)出高等教育的投入指標和產(chǎn)出指標。投入指標主要包括人力、物力、財力三個方面,產(chǎn)出指標主要包括教學成果和科研成果兩個方面,并在此基礎上建立高等教育投入效率評價指標體系。再次,本文選取了河北省具有代表性的11所高校為調(diào)查對象,通過搜集相關數(shù)據(jù)資料對11所高校的教育效率進行分析,以期能對河北省的高等教育進行較為科學的效率測定。最后,在前面分析的基礎上,綜合考慮各方面情況,分析現(xiàn)階段存在的問題,并提出提高高等教育投入效率的措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the demand for high-quality talents is increasing. The basic way to cultivate high-quality talents is to develop higher education. To improve the investment level of higher education is an important guarantee to promote the development of higher education, and to implement the strategic position of giving priority to the development of higher education. Increasing the investment in higher education has become a universal concern in the world. This paper studies the efficiency of investment in higher education, hoping to provide a reference for the construction and development of colleges and universities and the progress of educational undertakings. By collecting and sorting out the literature, this paper elaborates the related theories and concepts of higher education, investment efficiency of higher education and data envelopment analysis. Secondly, according to the research results of previous scholars, The paper analyzes and summarizes the input index and output index of higher education. The input index mainly includes three aspects: manpower, material resources and financial resources, and the output index mainly includes two aspects: teaching achievement and scientific research result. On this basis, the evaluation index system of investment efficiency of higher education is established. Thirdly, this paper selects 11 representative universities in Hebei Province as the investigation object, and analyzes the educational efficiency of 11 universities by collecting relevant data. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, comprehensive consideration of various aspects of the situation, analysis of the existing problems at this stage, and put forward measures to improve the efficiency of higher education investment.
