【摘要】：中美青年學生之間的友誼和交流對中美關系的發(fā)展具有深遠的歷史意義。盡管眾多的中國學生到美國學習,但是美國學生在中國學習的人數(shù)仍然較少,且鮮有人研究和評估美國學生到中國學習的體會和收獲。基于此目的,文章依托美國加州州立大學(北嶺)與中國的教育合作項目中所收集的評估數(shù)據(jù)及訪談資料,詳細闡述了美國學生在中國留學過程中學到的重要知識和有意義的經(jīng)歷,感受到的中美教育和文化之差異,以及在中國遇到的主要困難和障礙。調研結果顯示,在中國的留學經(jīng)歷有效地幫助美國青年重塑了人生,為他們的個人及事業(yè)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了新機會,同時也讓他們基本消除了對中國的偏見和負面印象,使他們對中國人的認識和感情產(chǎn)生了根本性的變化,積極成長為中美交流與合作的橋梁。研究認為,中國留學主管部門和接收留學生的高校可以在審核制度、生活安排、學習過程、課外及校外活動設計等方面有諸多改進,以便培養(yǎng)出更多有中國情結、中國文化底蘊和中國關系的友誼大使。
[Abstract]:Friendship and exchanges between young students from China and the United States have profound historical significance for the development of Sino-US relations. Although many Chinese students come to the United States to study, the number of American students studying in China is still relatively small. For this purpose, this paper relies on the evaluation data and interview data collected in the education cooperation project between California State University and China. This paper expounds in detail the important knowledge and meaningful experience that American students have learned in the course of studying in China, the differences in education and culture between China and the United States, as well as the major difficulties and obstacles encountered in China. The experience of studying in China has effectively helped young Americans reshape their lives, creating new opportunities for their personal and career development, and at the same time basically removing their prejudices and negative impressions of China. This has brought about a fundamental change in their understanding and feelings towards the Chinese people, and they have grown into a bridge of exchanges and cooperation between China and the United States. The study believes that the competent authorities for studying abroad in China and the universities that receive foreign students can make arrangements for their living and auditing systems. There are many improvements in the learning process, extracurricular and extracurricular activities design, so as to develop more friendship ambassadors with Chinese complex, Chinese cultural background and Chinese relations.
