高校思想政治教育雙向互動模式的建構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:近期,全國高校思想政治工作會議召開,從全局和戰(zhàn)略的高度深刻地回答了高校思想政治工作"培養(yǎng)什么樣的人"、"如何培養(yǎng)人"、"為誰培養(yǎng)人"等重大問題。會議精神立意高遠(yuǎn)、影響深刻,高校思想政治工作者應(yīng)當(dāng)將之貫徹、落實,"因事而化、因時而進(jìn)、因勢而新"地進(jìn)行理論創(chuàng)新、開展實踐探索,尋找解局傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育困境的新路徑。因此,在高校思想政治工作會議精神的指導(dǎo)下,有必要以教育者與大學(xué)生的雙向互動為切入點,對上承理論下接實踐的高校思想政治教育模式進(jìn)行有益探索和創(chuàng)新,建構(gòu)高校思想政治教育雙向互動模式(在文中簡稱為雙向互動模式)以應(yīng)對傳統(tǒng)模式因時代進(jìn)步和社會變遷所面臨的困境和挑戰(zhàn)。在梳理既有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,論文首先對高校思想政治教育、雙向互動、模式和高校思想政治教育模式等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定;揭示出傳統(tǒng)模式中教育目標(biāo)的社會性要求與個體性發(fā)展需要間存在沖突、教育內(nèi)容缺乏適應(yīng)性說服力、教育途徑的綜合應(yīng)用不足、反饋缺失使雙向互動難以產(chǎn)生等缺陷和不足;繼而闡釋了構(gòu)建雙向互動模式的必要性。本研究以主體間性理論、社會互動理論和傳播學(xué)理論關(guān)照高校思想政治教育,借鑒、吸收其最新成果以建構(gòu)新模式。同時,提出了雙向互動模式的實施原則,分析了雙向互動模式中的人的要素、內(nèi)容要素、目標(biāo)要素和載體要素的特點與功能;詳盡地剖析了雙向互動模式從"目標(biāo)設(shè)置"到"內(nèi)容的選擇與編制"再到"途徑應(yīng)用",從"意義理解"到"態(tài)度認(rèn)同"、"行為轉(zhuǎn)化",最終作出評價、進(jìn)行"反饋"的運行全過程。為提升高校思想政治教育雙向互動模式的操作性與可行性,通過設(shè)計"三維一體"教育路徑體系,詳盡地闡釋了教育者與大學(xué)生的雙向互動應(yīng)如何在課堂教學(xué)、實踐活動和新媒體平臺中產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展。以期通過高校思想政治教育雙向互動模式的建構(gòu),實現(xiàn)教育者和大學(xué)生之間的有效對話和溝通互動,提升高校思想政治教育的實效性。
[Abstract]:Recently, the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities held, from the overall and strategic height of profound answers to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities "what kind of people", "how to cultivate people," and "for whom to train people," and other important questions. Ideological and political workers in colleges and universities should carry it out and implement it. They should carry out theoretical innovation, explore practice and find a new way to solve the dilemma of traditional ideological and political education. Under the guidance of the spirit of the conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, it is necessary to explore and innovate the mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the light of the two-way interaction between educators and college students. In order to deal with the difficulties and challenges faced by the traditional mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities due to the progress of the times and social changes, this paper constructs a two-way interactive mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities (referred to as the two-way interaction model in this paper). This paper first defines the concepts of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, such as two-way interaction, mode and mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and reveals the conflict between the social requirements and the individual development needs of the educational objectives in the traditional mode. The lack of adaptive persuasion of educational content, the lack of comprehensive application of educational approaches and the lack of feedback make two-way interaction difficult to produce, and then explains the necessity of building a two-way interaction model. The social interaction theory and the communication theory take care of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, draw lessons from and absorb the latest achievements to construct a new model. At the same time, it puts forward the implementation principles of the two-way interaction model and analyzes the human elements in the two-way interaction model. The characteristics and functions of content elements, target elements and carrier elements; This paper analyzes in detail the two-way interaction model from "goal setting" to "content selection and compilation" to "approach application", from "meaning understanding" to "attitude identity", "behavior transformation", and finally makes an evaluation. In order to improve the operability and feasibility of the two-way interactive mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the author designs a "three-dimensional integration" education path system. This paper expounds in detail how the two-way interaction between educators and college students should be produced and developed in classroom teaching, practical activities and new media platforms, in order to construct the two-way interaction model of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. To achieve effective dialogue and communication between educators and college students, to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
