往屆青年大學(xué)生求職者生涯適應(yīng)力與求職效果追蹤

【摘要】:研究目的:1、研究調(diào)查往屆青年大學(xué)生求職者的生涯適應(yīng)力狀況2、追蹤了解往屆青年大學(xué)生求職者的求職效果3、分析討論求生涯適應(yīng)力對(duì)求職者求職效果的影響研究方法:1、問卷調(diào)查法本研究采用《生涯適應(yīng)力量表》對(duì)調(diào)查研究中選取的300名求職者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,分析討論往屆青年大學(xué)生求職者生涯適應(yīng)力的現(xiàn)狀;采用《職業(yè)滿意度量表》對(duì)追蹤研究中選取的100名求職者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,定量對(duì)生涯適應(yīng)力高低組求職成功率和入職后職業(yè)滿意度進(jìn)行差異分析。2、訪談法采用自制訪談提綱對(duì)追蹤研究中選取的16名求職者進(jìn)行訪談?wù){(diào)查,定性分析兩組求職者入職后的職業(yè)表現(xiàn)情況的差異性。研究結(jié)果:1、生涯適應(yīng)力現(xiàn)狀研究青島市城陽區(qū)往屆青年大學(xué)生求職者生涯適應(yīng)力總分為76.29±1.59,平均每題得分為3.18,總體處于一般水平。在學(xué)歷上生涯適應(yīng)力總分差異不顯著,在性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、工作年限、求職次數(shù)工作性質(zhì)上生涯適應(yīng)力總分差異顯著。女性求職者的生涯適應(yīng)力總分顯著高于男性求職者(t=-9.353,P0.001);隨著年齡的增加,求職者的生涯適應(yīng)力有顯著變化(F=59.34,P0.001);已婚求職者在生涯適應(yīng)力上的得分顯著高于未婚求職者(t=-5.998,P0.001);隨著工作年限的增加,求職者的生涯適應(yīng)力有顯著變化(F=42.11,P0.001),工作年限越長(zhǎng),求職者的生涯適應(yīng)力總分越高;隨著求職次數(shù)的增加,求職者的生涯適應(yīng)力也有顯著變化(F=8.28,P0.001),求職次數(shù)越少的求職者生涯適應(yīng)力得分越高。有管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的求職者比沒有管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的求職者具有更高的生涯適應(yīng)力(F=35.94,P0.001)。2、追蹤調(diào)查研究結(jié)果顯示:入職成功率為76.92%;職業(yè)滿意度總分為16.56±0.50,平均每題的分?jǐn)?shù)為3.31,總體得分處于一般水平;通過分組比較顯示:生涯適應(yīng)力高分組的求職成功率和職業(yè)滿意度都顯著高于生涯適應(yīng)力低分組(t=0.047,P0.01;t=0.041,P0.001)。3、質(zhì)性研究一級(jí)編碼得到17個(gè)概念,二級(jí)編碼得到9個(gè)副范疇、4個(gè)主范疇,三級(jí)編碼得到2個(gè)核心類屬。返回到原始資料分析后最終得到扎根理論2個(gè)。生涯適應(yīng)力通過影響認(rèn)知、規(guī)劃和應(yīng)對(duì)方式影響著求職者入職后的工作感受;正確的職業(yè)生涯認(rèn)知、清晰的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和積極的職業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)方式可以帶來積極的自我感受和良好的社會(huì)關(guān)系體驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)論:往屆青年大學(xué)生求職者求職效果與生涯適應(yīng)力顯著相關(guān),培養(yǎng)、提高大學(xué)生生涯適應(yīng)力可以有效提高畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率和職業(yè)滿意度,促進(jìn)穩(wěn)定就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1, to investigate the career adaptability of the former young college students, and to follow up on the job search effect of the former young college students. 3. To analyze and discuss the influence of career adaptability on the job search effect of the former young college students. Research method: 1.The questionnaire method this study uses the "career adaptability scale" to investigate the 300 job seekers selected in the study to carry out a questionnaire survey, This paper analyzes and discusses the present situation of career adaptability of young college students in the past, and uses the Occupational satisfaction scale to investigate 100 job seekers selected in the follow-up study. Quantitative analysis of career adaptability group job search success rate and career satisfaction after entering the job. 2. The interview method using self-made interview outline selected in the tracking study of 16 job seekers to conduct an interview survey; Qualitative analysis of the difference of career performance between the two groups of job seekers after entering the job. The result of the study was: 1: 1; the present situation of career adaptability; the total score of career adaptability of former young college students in Chengyang District of Qingdao City was 76.29 鹵1.59, and the average score of each subject was as follows:. 3.18, general level. There was no significant difference in the total score of career adaptability in education. In terms of sex, age, marital status, working years, number of jobs, the total score of career adaptability was significantly higher in female job seekers than in male job seekers. There were significant changes in career adaptability of job seekers (F59.34 / P0.001), and the scores of married job seekers in career adaptability were significantly higher than those of unmarried job seekers (P 0.001). With the increase of working years, the career adaptability of job seekers had a significant change (42.11 / P0.001), and the longer the working life, the longer the working life. The higher the total score of career adaptability, as the number of job seekers increases, There was also a significant change in the career adaptability of job seekers. The lower the number of job applications, the higher the score of career adaptability. Job seekers with management experience had higher career adaptability than those with no managerial work experience, and they had higher career adaptability than those with no managerial work experience. The results of tracer investigation showed that the success rate of entry was 76.92, the total score of job satisfaction was 16.56 鹵0.50, the average score of each question was 3.31, the overall score was at the general level. The results showed that the job search success rate and job satisfaction of the high score group with high career adaptability were significantly higher than that of the low career adaptability group, and 17 concepts were obtained in the first grade coding of qualitative research, 9 sub-categories and 4 main categories in the second level coding. After returning to the original data analysis, we finally got 2 rooted theories. Career adaptability affected the job experience of job seekers by influencing cognition, planning and coping style. Correct career perception, Clear career planning and positive career coping style can bring positive self-feeling and good social relationship experience. Improving the career adaptability of college students can effectively improve the employment rate and job satisfaction of graduates and promote stable employment.
