【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)是誰的事?國內(nèi)研究普遍認(rèn)為,大學(xué)生就業(yè)是政府、家庭、高校和大學(xué)生自己共同的事情,但主要還是政府、家庭和高校的事。但若綜合分析大學(xué)生就業(yè)的影響因素和高等教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,則可見大學(xué)生就業(yè)不應(yīng)只是國家的事,也不是家庭的事,更不是高校的事,主要還應(yīng)該是大學(xué)生自己的事。對于大學(xué)生而言,要樹立自主就業(yè)的責(zé)任意識(shí)、涵育積極的就業(yè)心態(tài)、多方位提升自身的就業(yè)能力、積極地找尋工作。
[Abstract]:Who is the employment of college students? Domestic studies generally believe that the employment of college students is a matter common to the government, their families, universities and college students themselves, but mainly the government. However, if we comprehensively analyze the factors that affect the employment of college students and the internal laws of the development of higher education, we can see that employment of college students should not be a matter of the country, nor a matter of family, nor is it a matter of colleges and universities. For college students, we should set up the sense of responsibility of independent employment, foster a positive attitude of employment, improve their employability in many ways, and actively look for jobs.
