【摘要】：高校為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展服務(wù),為社會(huì)提供所需的各類人才。經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)要想實(shí)現(xiàn)集群化的發(fā)展,需要高校實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)科專業(yè)的集群化,專業(yè)嵌入產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,產(chǎn)業(yè)哺育專業(yè)群,用比較完整的專業(yè)群對接產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,培養(yǎng)出高水平技能型人才。專業(yè)群建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的順利完成離不開對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的管理,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的優(yōu)化和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制是項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中兩個(gè)至關(guān)重要的方面。通過優(yōu)化專業(yè)群項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,可以有效縮短工期、節(jié)約費(fèi)用、充分利用資源;通過控制專業(yè)群項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)際建設(shè)中存在的各種問題,及時(shí)糾偏,確保項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期目標(biāo)。本文以HY學(xué)院機(jī)電專業(yè)群建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為研究對象,首先闡述了論文選題的研究背景,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,本論文的研究目的與意義及研究內(nèi)容和方法;然后闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理論基礎(chǔ),為以后的論述做鋪墊;之后介紹了HY學(xué)院機(jī)電專業(yè)群項(xiàng)目建設(shè)方案;隨后對HY學(xué)院機(jī)電專業(yè)群建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和控制,并提出優(yōu)化和控制過程中的保障措施;最后得出主要結(jié)論,揭示本文研究的不足和局限性,爭取在未來的研究中可以繼續(xù)改進(jìn)和提高,為專業(yè)群建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理研究提供更好的理論支持和幫助。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities serve the development of economy and society and provide all kinds of talents for the society. In order to realize the development of economic industry, it is necessary for colleges and universities to realize the cluster of disciplines and specialties, which are embedded in the industrial chain and nurtured by industry. With a relatively complete professional cluster docking the industrial chain to cultivate high-level skilled personnel. The successful completion of the professional group construction project can not be separated from the management of the project progress. The optimization of project schedule and the control of project schedule are two important aspects of project schedule management. By optimizing the construction schedule of professional group projects, we can effectively shorten the construction period, save costs and make full use of resources. By controlling the progress plan of the construction of the specialty group project, we can find out the various problems existing in the actual construction, correct the deviation in time, and ensure the project to achieve the expected goal smoothly. This paper takes the construction project of the mechanical and electrical specialty group of HY College as the research object. Firstly, the research background, domestic and foreign research status, the purpose and significance of this paper, the research content and method are expounded, and then the theoretical basis of project schedule management is expounded, which will pave the way for further discussion. Then it introduces the project construction plan of HY college electromechanical specialty group, then optimizes and controls the progress plan of HY college electromechanical specialty group construction project, and puts forward the safeguard measures in the process of optimization and control. Finally, the main conclusions are drawn. This paper reveals the shortcomings and limitations of this study, and strives to continue to improve and improve in future research, and to provide better theoretical support and help for the progress management research of professional group construction projects.
