【摘要】：2016年9月,國外十余所著名高校與世界知名慕課平臺ed X共同推出了微碩士認證項目。微碩士認證項目是國外著名高校以慕課的形式推出的一系列免費的研究生水平的課程。取得微碩士認證后,學習者可以繼續(xù)申請這些大學的碩士學位,微碩士認證課程也可轉(zhuǎn)換為獲得這些知名大學碩士學位所需學分的一部分。學習者通過混合學習的方式即慕課學習和校園學習兩種學習方式獲得碩士學位,這種模式具有學習靈活、速度快以及費用低等優(yōu)點。本文以著名的美國馬里蘭大學學院提供的教學技術(shù)教育碩士認證為例,對微碩士認證項目進行了分析。微碩士認證具有實現(xiàn)了研究生教育模式變革、服務全球?qū)W習者、目標和針對性強以及可以進行學分轉(zhuǎn)換等特色。國外微碩士認證的發(fā)展趨勢包括課程評價體系的完善、學分轉(zhuǎn)換標準的完善以及推出更多特色的微碩士認證項目等。最后,結(jié)合我國的現(xiàn)狀提出實現(xiàn)研究生教育模式的變革、充分發(fā)揮慕課平臺的非學歷教育功能以及建立學分轉(zhuǎn)換機制等啟示和建議。
[Abstract]:September 2016, More than ten famous universities in foreign countries and the world-famous platform ed X have jointly launched the micro-master certification program. The micro-master certification project is a series of free postgraduate courses offered by famous foreign colleges and universities in the form of admiration courses. After obtaining a micromaster's certificate, Learners can continue to apply for master's degrees from these universities. Micromaster certification programs can also be converted into part of the credits needed to obtain master's degrees from these prestigious universities. This model has the advantages of flexible learning, high speed and low cost. In this paper, a master's certificate in teaching technology education provided by the University of Maryland College in the United States is taken as an example. This paper analyzes the micromaster certification program. Micromaster certification has brought about the transformation of graduate education model and served the global learners. The development trend of foreign micro-master certification includes the improvement of curriculum evaluation system, the perfection of credit conversion standard and the introduction of more characteristic micro-master certification programs. Combined with the present situation of our country, this paper puts forward some enlightenment and suggestions, such as realizing the reform of graduate education mode, giving full play to the function of non-academic education and establishing the credit conversion mechanism.
