【摘要】：教育的興起讓高等學(xué)校教育不再是遙不可及,人們也希望最大程度上接受到高等學(xué)校的教育,充實(shí)自身,提高個(gè)人素質(zhì),高等教育招收的人數(shù)在不斷擴(kuò)大,傳統(tǒng)的治理方式和教學(xué)方式已經(jīng)不能滿足教育的現(xiàn)狀,因此需要學(xué)校改變傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式和治理方式,給更多的學(xué)生提供學(xué)習(xí)空間和生活空間。目前大學(xué)生的數(shù)量增加,學(xué)生的思想和行為習(xí)慣和以前相比有了較大的改變,尤其是對(duì)于高等教育來說,大多數(shù)學(xué)生都在學(xué)校宿舍中生活,統(tǒng)一實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的需求,高校的學(xué)生公寓治理工作有了新的改變,面對(duì)新形勢的高校學(xué)生公寓治理手段概念的實(shí)施,治理觀念和治理手段有了不小的改變。本文對(duì)高校學(xué)生公寓治理存在問題及對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究,同時(shí)結(jié)合社區(qū)治理理論及韶關(guān)學(xué)院的基本情況,進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。首先是本文的緒論,提出了本文的研究背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容、研究框架、研究方法等內(nèi)容,對(duì)本文的研究做出整體的總結(jié),并且以此指導(dǎo)本文的研究過程。第一章是相關(guān)概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)高校學(xué)生公寓概念的內(nèi)涵和特征,高校學(xué)生公寓治理的概念、內(nèi)涵闡述,并且和城市居民社區(qū)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,提出了高校學(xué)生公寓的獨(dú)特性,也對(duì)本文的研究方向和研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的界定。以及高校學(xué)生公寓治理的理論基礎(chǔ)——社區(qū)治理理論,主要對(duì)社區(qū)治理理論進(jìn)行闡述,明確本文的研究視角,同時(shí)對(duì)這一研究視角對(duì)本文研究內(nèi)容的可行性進(jìn)行了闡述。第二章是韶關(guān)高校學(xué)生公寓治理的現(xiàn)狀分析,包括韶關(guān)高校學(xué)生公寓治理的基本情況,韶關(guān)高校學(xué)生公寓治理存在的問題以及高校學(xué)生公寓治理存在問題的成因。第三章提出了完善高校學(xué)生公寓治理的對(duì)策建議,包括明確學(xué)生公寓治理的多元目標(biāo),豐富學(xué)生公寓文化建設(shè)；優(yōu)化學(xué)生公寓的治理組織結(jié)構(gòu)；合理分配治理權(quán)力,賦予學(xué)生自治的權(quán)力以凸顯學(xué)生組織的作用和不斷提高高校學(xué)生公寓治理水平。有效的解決了如今高校學(xué)生公寓社區(qū)治理中的問題,提高了治理效率和治理成效。無論是時(shí)代的發(fā)展,還是高校管理方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,甚至是學(xué)生主體思想的轉(zhuǎn)變都要求我們對(duì)學(xué)生公寓治理進(jìn)行新一輪的改革和理論的更新,讓各高校的學(xué)生公寓治理有一個(gè)新的特點(diǎn)。高校學(xué)生公寓治理的出現(xiàn)提供了新的契機(jī),學(xué)生進(jìn)入到大學(xué)之后住宿條件和性質(zhì)的改變也推動(dòng)了高校學(xué)生公寓的發(fā)展,各大高校亟需一套完整的治理手段來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)學(xué)生公寓的治理,同時(shí)這一理論的逐步研究深入也為其實(shí)踐提出了新的要求,盡管目前對(duì)相關(guān)理論的研究還存在一定的局限,但是這一問題還是如今學(xué)生治理的重點(diǎn)研究課題。本文也正是針對(duì)這一問題,從社區(qū)治理視角出發(fā),對(duì)高校學(xué)生公寓進(jìn)行的概念界定,并且提出了目前在治理實(shí)踐中存在的問題,分析這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因,并且提出了切實(shí)可行的解決方案,希望能對(duì)高校學(xué)生公寓治理工作有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The rise of education of higher education is no longer out of reach to maximum extent, people also hope to receive higher education, to enrich themselves, improve the quality of the individual, the number of higher education students in expanding the status of traditional governance mode and teaching methods have been unable to meet the needs of school education, therefore, change the traditional teaching way and governance, give more students to provide learning and living space. The increasing number of college students, thinking and behavior habits of students than ever before have changed greatly, especially for higher education, most students are living in the school dormitory, unified school demand on students' learning and life, student apartments management work in Colleges and universities has been changed, with the implementation of the new situation of College Students' apartment means of governance concept, management concept and means of governance There is no small change. The college student apartment management problems and countermeasures research, combined with the basic situation of community governance theory and the Shaoguan University, conducted an empirical study. The first is the introduction, this paper puts forward the research background and research significance, research status, research contents, research framework and content research methods, make a summary of the whole paper, and to guide the research process of this paper. The first chapter is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis, connotation and characteristics of College Students' apartment concept, concept of college student apartment management and expounds connotation, city community comparison, proposed unique college students' apartment, also on the research direction and the research content is further defined. And college student apartments governance theory of community governance The theory, mainly elaborates the community governance theory, clear the research perspective of this paper, and the feasibility of the research angle of view of the contents of this paper are described. The second chapter is the analysis of the status quo of Shaoguan college student apartment management, including the basic situation of Shaoguan college student apartment management, the causes of the problems existing in college students' apartments in Shaoguan governance the problems and the university student apartment management. The third chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve college student apartment management, multiple goals including clear student apartment management, enrich the cultural construction of student apartments; governance structure optimization of student apartments; reasonable allocation of governance power, giving the students autonomy in order to highlight the role of student organizations and improve the apartment the governance level of college students. Now effectively solve the university student apartment community governance problems in high The efficiency and effectiveness of governance governance. The causes of these problems are analyzed, and practical solutions are put forward, hoping to be helpful for the management of college student apartments.
