【摘要】：本研究基于國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)課程選擇的理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)大學(xué)生的選課動(dòng)機(jī)做了調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生的選課動(dòng)機(jī)呈現(xiàn)以下三個(gè)特征:選課受教師、課程、個(gè)人、他人等多種因素綜合影響;選課動(dòng)機(jī)在性別、年級(jí)上無(wú)顯著差異,在考研意向上有顯著差異;興趣、求知欲望、教師態(tài)度、考試通過(guò)率是學(xué)生選課時(shí)最為關(guān)注的因素�；趯�(duì)大學(xué)生的選課動(dòng)機(jī)及成因的分析,本研究從導(dǎo)師制度、教師激勵(lì)、課程考核角度提出三條優(yōu)化選課環(huán)節(jié)的策略:完善本科導(dǎo)師制,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生合理選課;增設(shè)平行課程,制定教師激勵(lì)制度;調(diào)整考核比例,注重過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical basis of curriculum selection at home and abroad, this study investigates the motivation of college students to choose courses. The results show that college students' motivation for selecting courses shows the following three characteristics: teachers, courses, individuals, etc. Other factors, such as others, have a comprehensive effect; there is no significant difference in the motivation of choosing courses in gender, grade, but in the intention of taking the examination for postgraduate studies; interest, desire for knowledge, attitude of teachers, The passing rate of examination is the most concerned factor in the course selection of students. Based on the analysis of college students' motivation and causes of course selection, this study is based on the tutorial system, teachers' encouragement, and so on. From the perspective of curriculum assessment, three strategies are put forward to optimize the selection of courses: to perfect the undergraduate tutorial system, to guide students to choose courses reasonably, to add parallel courses, to formulate the teacher incentive system, to adjust the proportion of assessment, and to pay attention to the process evaluation.
