論大學(xué)問題的“懸置”

【摘要】:大學(xué)是國家科學(xué)的脊梁、民族文明進(jìn)步的希望。在世界競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,大學(xué)以其人才培養(yǎng)和知識(shí)創(chuàng)新的壟斷性作用決定了國家的興與衰。這一邏輯和事實(shí)決定了阻礙大學(xué)改革發(fā)展的問題必須率先解決,制約大學(xué)充分發(fā)揮其推動(dòng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步作用的問題不能懸置也不容懸置。本文在回答為什么要提出"大學(xué)問題懸置"這一問題的基礎(chǔ)上,從國家創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的需要及我國大學(xué)有待進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮更大的社會(huì)作用等方面,論述了大學(xué)問題不能懸置的原因。最后,對(duì)被大學(xué)長(zhǎng)期懸置而未能解決的"人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提高""世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)""大學(xué)去行政化"三大問題進(jìn)行了全面的分析討論。
[Abstract]:Universities are the backbone of national science and the hope of the progress of national civilization. The university determines the prosperity and decline of the country because of its monopoly role of talent training and knowledge innovation. This logic and fact determine that the problems that hinder the reform and development of the university must be solved first. The question that restricts the university to give full play to its role of promoting social progress cannot be suspended and cannot be suspended. This paper, on the basis of answering the question of why the university should put forward the question of "university problem suspended", From the needs of national innovation and development and the need for our universities to play a greater social role, this paper discusses the reasons why university problems cannot be suspended. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the three major problems of "improving the quality of talent training", "building a world-class university" and "deadministrating the university", which have not been solved by the university for a long time.
