【摘要】：以江蘇省11所省屬普通本科高校、5所市屬本科高校等地方應(yīng)用型本科高校為樣本,從高校辦學(xué)目標(biāo)、服務(wù)面向、學(xué)科專業(yè)、人才培養(yǎng)、教學(xué)模式、科學(xué)研究等方面入手,歸納其辦學(xué)定位和辦學(xué)特色,剖析其辦學(xué)定位、辦學(xué)特色的形成過程及個性特征,并從高校自身視角出發(fā),對地方應(yīng)用型本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展做了理性思考:更新理念、統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識,是地方應(yīng)用型本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的前提;拓寬視野、準(zhǔn)確定位,是地方應(yīng)用型本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ);整合資源、打造特色,是地方應(yīng)用型本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵;突出應(yīng)用、強(qiáng)化實(shí)踐,是地方應(yīng)用型本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重點(diǎn);以研促教、以教促研,是地方應(yīng)用型本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的保障。
[Abstract]:Taking five local applied undergraduate colleges and universities such as 5 municipal undergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province as a sample, starting from the aspects of university objectives, service orientation, discipline and specialty, talent training, teaching model, scientific research, etc. This paper sums up the orientation and characteristics of running a university, analyzes its orientation of running a school, the forming process and individual characteristics of the characteristics of running a school, and from the angle of view of the university itself, makes a rational thinking on the transformation and development of the local applied undergraduate university: renewing the idea, Unity of understanding is the premise of the transformation and development of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities; broadening the vision and positioning accurately is the basis of the transformation and development of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities; integrating resources and creating characteristics; It is the key to the transformation and development of the local applied undergraduate colleges and universities; to highlight the application and strengthen the practice is the focal point of the transformation and development of the local applied undergraduate colleges and universities; to promote teaching through research and to promote research by teaching is the guarantee of the transformation and development of the local applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
