【摘要】：在當(dāng)前就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的社會(huì)大背景下,"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"被視為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新引擎,呈現(xiàn)出經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新模式、新業(yè)態(tài)和新亮點(diǎn)。大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)將直接影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量,提升大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)也是高等教育深化改革與發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求。知識(shí)、能力、品格構(gòu)成了創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的三大維度,提升創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)關(guān)鍵是使大學(xué)生樹立正確的價(jià)值觀,塑造大學(xué)生良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)品格;通過創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐促進(jìn)知識(shí)和能力的相互轉(zhuǎn)化;加強(qiáng)人文素質(zhì)教育,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the fierce competition for employment, "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is regarded as a new engine of economic development in China and presents a new pattern of economic development. The entrepreneurial quality of college students will directly affect the quality of economic development, and improving the entrepreneurial quality of college students is also the inherent demand of deepening the reform and development of higher education. Character constitutes three dimensions of entrepreneurial quality. The key to promoting entrepreneurial quality is to make college students set up correct values, to shape their good entrepreneurial character, to promote the mutual transformation of knowledge and ability through entrepreneurial practice. Strengthen humanistic quality education to promote the all-round development of college students.
