【摘要】：在社會信息化和大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展背景下,數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護(hù)人才需求日益提高,數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護(hù)教育的開展勢在必行。作者利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研和內(nèi)容分析法,從社會背景、行業(yè)需求和技能要求三方面對數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護(hù)人才需求進(jìn)行分析,并對國外數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護(hù)教育教學(xué)變革實踐進(jìn)行剖析和對比。結(jié)果認(rèn)為:國內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護(hù)人才需求已經(jīng)明確,國外數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護(hù)教育教學(xué)體系已趨于穩(wěn)定,并從依托情報學(xué)專業(yè)課程形成數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護(hù)課程內(nèi)容、以碩士學(xué)位教育和認(rèn)證教育為主要培養(yǎng)層次、充分利用合作培養(yǎng)方式、針對不同培養(yǎng)對象采用不同教學(xué)形式、組建優(yōu)秀教師隊伍并加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)工作等方面,為我國今后開展數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護(hù)教育提出建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of social informatization and big data's development, the demand for data guardianship talents is increasing day by day, so it is imperative to carry out data guardianship education. This paper analyzes the demand of data guardianship talents from three aspects of industry demand and skill requirement, and analyzes and compares the practice of teaching reform of data monitoring education abroad. The results show that the demand for data guardianship talents at home and abroad has been clear. The foreign data guardianship education teaching system has become stable, and form the data monitoring course content by relying on the information science specialized course, taking master degree education and certification education as the main training level, fully utilizing the cooperative training way. In view of the different teaching forms adopted by different training objects, the establishment of excellent teachers and the strengthening of training work, some suggestions are put forward for the future development of data guardianship education in our country.
