民辦高校大學(xué)生“雙創(chuàng)”能力培養(yǎng)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及其應(yīng)對

【摘要】:大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力不僅關(guān)系到我國高等教育的發(fā)展,也關(guān)系到我國在國際社會中地位的進(jìn)一步提升,因?yàn)槊褶k高校是我國高等教育的一個組成部分,屬于國民序列教育。為此,了解我國民辦高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的實(shí)際狀況,既具有理論意義又具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。目前,國內(nèi)對公辦院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的研究較多,但是,對民辦高校創(chuàng)新教學(xué)的研究少的可憐,更談不上對創(chuàng)新能力的研究。為了進(jìn)一步適應(yīng)高等教育的發(fā)展,民辦高校應(yīng)該根據(jù)學(xué)校實(shí)際情況,借鑒其他公辦院校的教育教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在此基礎(chǔ)上初步探索一條適合中國特色民辦高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展的道路,培養(yǎng)出大批創(chuàng)新型的實(shí)用人才,這才是我國民辦高等教育發(fā)展的一條捷徑。當(dāng)今社會處在一個以知識經(jīng)濟(jì)為主的時代,高層次科技人才的競爭是知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的一個重要特點(diǎn),培養(yǎng)高層次科技人才的首要任務(wù)是培養(yǎng)其創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。因此,根據(jù)高等教育體制的發(fā)展要求,民辦高校在培養(yǎng)人才方面要有創(chuàng)新,不能全部套用公辦院校的模式,在人才的培養(yǎng)上要把創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力教育放在第一位,要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。為適應(yīng)時代的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的目標(biāo),就應(yīng)從改革人才培養(yǎng)模式、樹立創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)理念、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新思維能力、創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法和手段,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)等方面入手,全面培養(yǎng)、提高民辦高校大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。本文通過對民辦高校學(xué)生有關(guān)創(chuàng)新能力等方面所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析,找出培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新能力的途徑,提出對策與建議。本論文分為三部分:第一部分是問題的提出。主要闡述加強(qiáng)民辦高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的重要性。第二部分是民辦高校大學(xué)生雙創(chuàng)能力培養(yǎng)面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)。主要從思想意識、制度設(shè)計(jì)、活動組織、投入保障四個方面面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析。第三部分是民辦高校大學(xué)生雙創(chuàng)能力培養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)對。在分析民辦高校大學(xué)生雙創(chuàng)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相應(yīng)的策略。轉(zhuǎn)變理念,促民辦高校大學(xué)生雙創(chuàng)能力培養(yǎng)發(fā)芽;完善制度,引民辦高校大學(xué)生雙創(chuàng)能力培養(yǎng)生根;流程再造,助民辦高校大學(xué)生雙創(chuàng)能力培養(yǎng)開花;增加投入,保民辦高校大學(xué)生雙創(chuàng)能力培養(yǎng)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students is not only related to the development of higher education in our country, but also related to the further promotion of our country's status in the international community, because private colleges and universities are an integral part of our higher education. Therefore, it is of both theoretical and practical significance to understand the actual situation of the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of private college students in our country. At present, there are many researches on the innovative entrepreneurial ability of public colleges and universities in China, but, In order to further adapt to the development of higher education, private colleges and universities should learn from the educational and teaching experience of other public institutions according to the actual situation of their schools. On this basis, we have preliminarily explored a road suitable for the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in private colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics, and cultivated a large number of innovative practical talents. This is a shortcut to the development of private higher education in our country. Nowadays, the society is in an era dominated by knowledge economy, and the competition of high-level scientific and technological talents is an important characteristic of the era of knowledge economy. The primary task of cultivating high-level scientific and technological talents is to cultivate their innovative and entrepreneurial ability. Therefore, according to the requirements of the development of higher education system, private colleges and universities should have innovation in the training of talents, and should not all apply the model of public colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the requirements of the times, we should put the education of innovative and entrepreneurial ability first, train students' ability to find problems, analyze problems and solve problems, and cultivate students' ability to innovate and set up new businesses in order to meet the requirements of the times. In order to realize the goal of cultivating students' innovative ability, we should reform the training mode of talents, set up the idea of innovation, cultivate the ability of creative thinking, innovate teaching methods and means, strengthen the links of innovative practice, and so on, and cultivate them in an all-round way. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the private college students in respect of their innovative ability, and finds out the ways to cultivate the innovative ability. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the problem. It mainly expounds the importance of strengthening the cultivation of the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of the private college students. The second part is the double creative ability of the private college students. Training the main challenges. Mainly from the ideological awareness, System design, activity organization and investment guarantee are analyzed. The third part is the strategic response to the cultivation of double-innovation ability of private college students. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of double-creative ability of private college students, Put forward the corresponding strategy, change the idea, promote the cultivation of the double creative ability of the private university students, perfect the system, induce the private university student to develop the double creative ability to take root, reengineer the process, help the private university student to develop the double creative ability and blossom; Increase investment, protect private college students double-creative ability training results.
