上海市民辦高校新教師入職培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程的加快,民辦高校在人才培養(yǎng)中也扮演著越來越重要的角色。根據(jù)中華人民共和國教育部政府門戶網(wǎng)站《全國教育事業(yè)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計公報》統(tǒng)計顯示今年來民辦高校的學(xué)校數(shù)量、招生人數(shù)、在校生人數(shù)均呈現(xiàn)上漲趨勢。民辦高等教育的蓬勃發(fā)展也使得新教師不斷補充到民辦高校教師隊伍中來。在關(guān)于教師教育的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),新教師的入職初期是影響教師職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,良好的職業(yè)生涯開端直接影響到教師今后的從教心態(tài)。師資力量作為高校人才培養(yǎng)的核心力量,做好新教師入職培訓(xùn),建設(shè)一支高水平的教師隊伍是高校競爭力的核心,也是保證民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的必要保障。民辦高校新教師入職培訓(xùn)可以為教師的職業(yè)生涯開端做好鋪墊,幫助教師更好的融入到工作環(huán)境。對民辦高校新教師進(jìn)行有效的崗前培訓(xùn),首先要結(jié)合民辦高校教師的崗位要求,分析民辦高校新教師的培訓(xùn)需求,即當(dāng)前民辦高校發(fā)展的具體情形下,對于高校新教師有哪些方面的素質(zhì)要求,民辦高校新教師要達(dá)到哪些素質(zhì)要求才能為學(xué)校培養(yǎng)出合格人才,承擔(dān)起高校人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)術(shù)研究、服務(wù)社會的任務(wù)。本文基于上海市民辦高校新教師入職培訓(xùn)項目,探討了民辦高校新教師在入職培訓(xùn)時應(yīng)具備的各方面素質(zhì)要求,調(diào)查了新教師對于不同方面知識的需求程度,同時對民辦高校新教師入職培訓(xùn)提出合理建議,為加快建設(shè)民辦高校教師新隊伍,提升民辦高校新教師入職培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量提供理論和實踐指導(dǎo)。本研究以參與上海市民辦高校新教師入職培訓(xùn)項目的新教師為研究對象,通過問卷法和訪談法,分析民辦高校新教師的在培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容方面的不同需求程度及需求差異,并將調(diào)研結(jié)果與當(dāng)前上海市民辦高校新教師培訓(xùn)項目中的課程實際內(nèi)容相對比,為民辦高校教師培訓(xùn)的提出對策建議。通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),民辦高校新教師對于入職培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的總體需求程度較高,但是在高校新教師應(yīng)具備的教師素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容上的需求程度是存在差異的,其中新教師對于教學(xué)技能素養(yǎng)及專業(yè)知識素養(yǎng)方面的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的需求較高;此外通過統(tǒng)計分析還發(fā)現(xiàn)教師教齡對于師德素養(yǎng)的需求和不同課程教授類型的教師對于科研素養(yǎng)的需求這兩組變量中存在顯著性差異。根據(jù)實際調(diào)研結(jié)果,將調(diào)研中的新教師內(nèi)容與當(dāng)前民辦高校新教師入職項目中的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容相對比,根據(jù)二者差異提出合理建議,完善培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,提升高校教師培訓(xùn)的實效性,為促進(jìn)高校師資隊伍建設(shè)提供理論和實踐性指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of popularization of higher education in China, Non-governmental colleges and universities are also playing an increasingly important role in personnel training. According to the statistics of the National Statistical Bulletin on Educational Development, the portal of the Ministry of Education of the people's Republic of China, statistics show the number of private colleges and universities and the number of students enrolled this year. The number of students in schools is on the rise. The vigorous development of private higher education also makes new teachers to add to the ranks of teachers in private colleges and universities. The beginning of a new teacher is a key period that affects the development of the teacher's career, and the beginning of a good career will directly affect the teacher's attitude towards teaching in the future. As the core force of talent training in colleges and universities, teachers should do a good job in the induction training of new teachers. Building a high level of teachers is the core of the competitiveness of colleges and universities, and it is also the necessary guarantee to ensure the quality of talents training in private colleges and universities. The induction training of new teachers in private colleges and universities can pave the way for the beginning of teachers' career. To help teachers better integrate into the working environment. To conduct effective pre-job training for new teachers in private colleges and universities, first of all, we should analyze the training needs of new teachers in private colleges and universities in the light of the post requirements of teachers in private colleges and universities. That is, under the specific circumstances of the development of private colleges and universities, what are the quality requirements of new teachers in colleges and universities, and what quality requirements should they meet in order to cultivate qualified talents for the schools and undertake the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities? Academic research, the task of serving the society. Based on the entry training project of new teachers in private colleges and universities in Shanghai, this paper discusses the quality requirements of new teachers in private colleges and universities. This paper investigates the demand of new teachers for different aspects of knowledge, and at the same time puts forward reasonable suggestions for the induction training of new teachers in private colleges and universities, in order to speed up the construction of a new contingent of teachers in private colleges and universities. To improve the quality of new teachers' induction training in private colleges and universities to provide theoretical and practical guidance. This paper analyzes the different demands and demands of new teachers in private colleges and universities, and compares the results of the investigation with the actual contents of the courses in the new teacher training projects of private colleges and universities in Shanghai. Through the investigation and research, it is found that the total demand of the new teachers of private colleges and universities for the contents of induction training is high. However, there is a difference in the demand for the content of teacher literacy training for new teachers in colleges and universities, among which the new teachers have a higher demand for the training content of teaching skills and professional knowledge literacy. In addition, it is also found that there are significant differences between the demands of teachers' teaching age for teachers' moral literacy and the demands of teachers of different types of curriculum professors for scientific research literacy through statistical analysis. This paper compares the new teachers' contents in the investigation with the training contents in the current new teachers' entry project in private colleges and universities, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions according to the differences between the two, so as to improve the training contents and enhance the actual effect of the teachers' training in colleges and universities.
