【摘要】：目的為培養(yǎng)具有較高學(xué)歷的助產(chǎn)士,構(gòu)建基于助產(chǎn)核心能力的助產(chǎn)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)方案。方法通過文獻回顧,自行設(shè)計咨詢問卷,采用改良德爾菲法對來自6個省市的31名專家進行2輪咨詢。結(jié)果 2輪專家咨詢問卷回收率分別為88.6%和100%,專家積極系數(shù)分別為88.6%和100%,專家權(quán)威系數(shù)分別為0.765和0.835,2輪咨詢肯德爾協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.296和0.303(均P0.01),最終形成的助產(chǎn)方向護理專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)體系包括2項一級指標,9項二級指標,73項三級指標。結(jié)論本研究專家積極性和權(quán)威程度高,專家意見一致,構(gòu)建的助產(chǎn)方向護理專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)體系具有科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a midwifery graduate training program based on midwifery core competence in order to train midwives with higher academic qualifications. Methods A self-designed consultation questionnaire was designed through literature review. 31 experts from 6 provinces and cities were consulted twice by modified Delphi method. Results the recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 88.6% and 100, the positive coefficients of experts were 88.6% and 100, and the authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.765 and 0.765, respectively. The Kendall coordination coefficients of 0.835 and 2 rounds of consultation were 0.296 and 0.303 respectively (P0.01a, respectively). The final training system of nursing degree graduates in midwifery direction includes two first-degree indexes, nine second-class indexes, and 73 third-grade indexes. Conclusion the expert product of this study is an expert product. High degree of polarity and authority, Experts agree that the training system of nursing degree graduate students in midwifery direction is scientific.
