【摘要】：社團(tuán)在大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)全面發(fā)展的過程發(fā)揮著重要的作用,特別在“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”背景下,既有利于營造濃厚的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育氛圍和培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育價值觀念,有利于宣傳創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念并引起學(xué)生對創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的認(rèn)同,更有利于提高大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)必備能力。為了深化對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)的理解和強化其功能的發(fā)揮,結(jié)合時代背景對社團(tuán)及其大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了分析,進(jìn)而全面分析了社團(tuán)的內(nèi)涵與發(fā)展、社團(tuán)的類型與特征、創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)業(yè)概述、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)理念以及創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)與其他傳統(tǒng)社團(tuán)發(fā)展差異性。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)發(fā)展也呈現(xiàn)出以下特點,如活動新穎,吸引力大;思維活躍,創(chuàng)新力強;發(fā)展迅速,持續(xù)性好:成員廣泛,形式多樣;結(jié)構(gòu)松散,目標(biāo)不穩(wěn)定性。除些之外,由于社團(tuán)活動指導(dǎo)理念和規(guī)范不明確,社團(tuán)發(fā)展支持力和吸引力不強,社團(tuán)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識不強等原因,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)發(fā)展存在多方面的問題,如社團(tuán)處于自我發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài);社團(tuán)難以產(chǎn)生較強的影響力;社團(tuán)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識低。這些現(xiàn)象,阻礙著大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)的良性發(fā)展,應(yīng)該從以下幾個層面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性優(yōu)化,從規(guī)劃和目標(biāo)層面分析,加強創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)與規(guī)劃;選聘優(yōu)秀導(dǎo)師引導(dǎo)社團(tuán)健康良性發(fā)展和科技含量的提升;科學(xué)制定大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型社團(tuán)的規(guī)劃和目標(biāo)。從發(fā)展機制分析,要完善創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)運行機制,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)發(fā)展的引導(dǎo)機制、激勵機制、監(jiān)督保障機制,以及制定創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)管理制度和活動規(guī)范。從社團(tuán)活動形式分析,主要是通過加強創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程教學(xué)和專項培訓(xùn),加強創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)實踐活動,以及實現(xiàn)社團(tuán)活動走出去和請進(jìn)來相結(jié)合、校內(nèi)與校外社團(tuán)活動相結(jié)合等方面來打造和優(yōu)化大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The society plays an important role in the process of the comprehensive development of college students' comprehensive quality, especially in the background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", which is conducive to creating a strong atmosphere of innovative entrepreneurship education and cultivating the value concept of innovative entrepreneurship education. It is beneficial to propagate the idea of innovative entrepreneurship education and arouse students' recognition of innovative entrepreneurship education. In order to deepen the understanding of college students' innovative entrepreneurial community and enhance its function, Combined with the background of the times, this paper analyzes the connotation of the association and its college students' innovative and entrepreneurial association, and then comprehensively analyzes the connotation and development of the association, the types and characteristics of the association, and the outline of innovation and entrepreneurship. The development of college students' innovative entrepreneurial community also shows the following characteristics, such as novel activities, great attraction, active thinking, strong innovation and rapid development. Good persistence: wide membership, diverse forms, loose structure, unstable objectives. Apart from some other reasons, such as unclear guiding concepts and norms for community activities, weak support and attraction for community development, and weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, etc., There are many problems in the development of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial community, such as the self-development of the community, the difficulty of the community to produce strong influence, the low awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship of the community. It is hindering the healthy development of college students' innovative entrepreneurial community, so we should optimize systematically from the following aspects, analyze from the planning and goal level, and strengthen the guidance and planning for the development of innovative entrepreneurial community; Select and hire excellent mentors to guide the healthy development and scientific and technological content of the associations; scientifically formulate the plans and goals of innovative entrepreneurial societies for college students. From the analysis of the development mechanism, we should improve the operation mechanism of innovative entrepreneurial societies, The guiding mechanism, incentive mechanism, supervision and guarantee mechanism for the development of innovative entrepreneurial societies, as well as the establishment of management system and activity norms for innovative entrepreneurial societies, are analyzed from the forms of community activities, mainly through strengthening the teaching of innovative entrepreneurship courses and special training. Strengthening the practical activities of innovative and entrepreneurial societies, and realizing the combination of community activities to go out and invite in, and the combination of campus and off-campus community activities to create and optimize the development of innovative entrepreneurial societies of college students.
