【摘要】：本研究以中西文化沖突最為顯著的上海,對民國時期上海高校的學(xué)生自治進行反思。從行文的框架設(shè)計上,遵循歷史線索的梳理與專題的探討相結(jié)合。對上海學(xué)生自治背景的梳理,筆者力圖描繪民國時期上海學(xué)生自治誕生的時代根源,揭示學(xué)生自治背后所蘊含的西方大學(xué)精神,即對學(xué)術(shù)獨立,思想自由的認(rèn)同,另一方面,學(xué)生自治發(fā)展于中國近代化進程之中,本身就包括著中西文化之間的沖突與矛盾,而在世俗與封建,東方與西方交匯的上海,體現(xiàn)得尤為突出。本研究的主體是學(xué)生,核心將關(guān)注學(xué)生是如何參與到學(xué)校治理以及社會服務(wù)、運動的過程之中,社會政治形勢的變化是如何影響民國上海的學(xué)生自治。具體而言,本文將聚焦于學(xué)生自治的兩種類型,其一為學(xué)校治理之下的學(xué)生自治,其二為社會參與之下的學(xué)生自治,兩者并不是孤立的,而是在某種程度上有相繼以及相互促進的關(guān)系,甚至沖突與矛盾。雖然學(xué)生自治制度在全國范圍內(nèi)確立,但上海地域形勢,階層結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的多樣性,使得學(xué)生自治呈現(xiàn)較其他地域更為復(fù)雜的特點,如學(xué)生自治參與、積極性等層面與學(xué)校類型,以及學(xué)校背后所代表的政治力量有著密切的聯(lián)系。就研究方法而言,本文將試圖采用敘事研究與個案研究的方法,關(guān)注學(xué)生參與自治的歷程以及校方,社會輿論對于此舉的爭論。最后,論文將回歸于學(xué)校治理,如何從中國民主近現(xiàn)代化的歷程中窺見"學(xué)生自治"深刻的歷史影響,以及對于當(dāng)時的學(xué)校變革,校園治理等方面的影響,回應(yīng)對當(dāng)下學(xué)校建設(shè)之中,對于學(xué)生民主意識培育缺失的現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:In this study, Shanghai, where the conflict between Chinese and Western cultures is the most significant, reflects on the autonomy of Shanghai's universities during the Republic of China. Following the combination of historical clues and special topics, and combing the background of student autonomy in Shanghai, the author tries to describe the origin of the birth of student autonomy in Shanghai during the Republic of China, and to reveal the western university spirit behind student autonomy. That is, the recognition of academic independence and freedom of thought, on the other hand, the development of student autonomy in the process of modernization of China, which itself includes conflicts and contradictions between Chinese and Western cultures, while in Shanghai, where the secular and feudal, the East and the West meet, The main body of this study is students, the core of this study will focus on how students participate in the process of school governance and social service and movement. In particular, this paper will focus on two types of student autonomy, one is student autonomy under school governance, the other is student autonomy under social participation. The two are not isolated, but to some extent have successive and mutually reinforcing relations, even conflicts and contradictions. Although the system of student autonomy has been established throughout the country, the regional situation in Shanghai, the structure of the stratum, and so on are diverse. Student autonomy presents more complex characteristics than other regions, such as student autonomy participation, enthusiasm and other levels and school types, as well as the political forces behind the school. This paper attempts to use narrative and case studies to focus on the process of student participation in autonomy and the debate among the school authorities and public opinion on this move. Finally, the paper will return to school governance. How to get a glimpse of the profound historical influence of "student autonomy" from the course of China's democracy and modernization, as well as the influence on school reform and campus governance at that time, and to respond to the current school construction.
